G over load is worse with the pansir, its guns are short range only, and it can hardly if at all defend itself against ground attack.

KH38 is 2-3 times faster than AASM, the 60 vs 40 km range does not matter in a ground RB match, the map isn’t even big enough anyway, and you are out of range of AA in both case.
In your usual scenario 20-10km launch, KH38 gives less reaction time and reduces the chances of the target accidentally getting in cover or dying before your AGM arrives. It also makes for a more difficult interception by a potential SPAA (less reaction time, and less reliable, because the fuse sometimes doesn’t trigger)
AASM is OP, don’t get me wrong. Having played with it, it doesn’t really give any challenge, you just F&F and watch the killfeed. At least a competent pantsir, HQ-17 or ITO player can intercept them in time.
KH38 is the same, but basically twice as worse, and no SPAA can intercept 3 KH38 in time (far more plausible against a maverick or AASM at least). It is also far more difficult to cover your allies against a KH than anything else : since the missile is faster, the angular speed is also higher, resulting in an impossible intercept if the missile gets anywhere close to the battlefield. This is not true for other AGMs

CV 90105 reloads much faster and actually has gun depression.
Same goes for CV 90120 and it also has a better rounds as well.
While at least having the ability to see incoming ordinance on the tws aesa radar, which no other spaa can and shoot them down (on the move i believe which also almost no other spaa can - not that that matters but i challenge you to drive up a hill with the anemic ITO - Spoiler it cant. It’s a truck designed to move on flat terrain or better- downhill only apparently.) While also having the fastest missile with the biggest proxy fuze radius.
Maybe the Adats might be more or less viable vs helis atm but completely useless vs everything else. last time i played i could honestly just laugh about the adats firing spikes at it. One missile that it cant see coming or shoot down while reliably dying to it if he doesn’t somehow make it miss. I see a Pantsir - I’ll fire all 8 Spikes at different angles at him when hes vulnerable because he sure af ain’t gonna die to only 4 cause he shoots down 2 and doesnt die to the two that make it cuz they will only hit his engine due to its massive size. Pantsirs deserve 8 Spikes at once.
Dude, the ITO is the best spaa? It can barely go uphill on small inclines which makes you a sitting duck in spawn, youre huge af, so you (or your radar will get shot while being in spawn all the time) you cant shoot while moving which is funny cause moving is not really something the ITO likes to do anyhow so either: Try to crawl out of spawn at 5kph but consider: if something shows up on your 20° elevation radar and you somehow made it to 20 or even 30 kph it takes you ages to come to a stop to shoot. (yes the PANTSIR has 60° elevation and it can move uphill AND shoot on the move AND has a faster missile with more range and with optional auto lead which makes it bleed less energy AND has twice the proxy fuze radius AND has guns for self defence or close targets AND has TWS which doesnt trigger RWR AND has AESA radar which shows incoming ordinance, gl screening the whole sky trying to lock onto incoming ordinance in any other SPAA).
The flarakrad? I’m happy for every second i don’t have to play that shitbox. It can go uphill due to buffed gear ratios now at least and has smoke but besides that - even worse radar than ITO considering elevation angles and worst: only two ready to fire missiles with the awesome feature of after shooting the second one you have to finish guiding it or crash it into the ground before the launcher even starts rotating back into reloading position, reloads and turns back to fire making you easily lose 10 seconds before you can fire your third shot. in that time you’re completely defenseless. If you guide the missile over a mountain to make it crash but continues flying behind the mountain without crashing you will still have to wait out the whole flight duration of the missile before the reloading process starts.

Never used to play CAS, started recently at top tier and the Pantsir is ridiculous. Spawn kills you or you get some Russian jet immediately hitting you with a fox-3 before you can even get ready.
I don’t notice it as much in terms of tank combat but I notice it in models like reload time, correct ammo storage/count and stuff like that.

I must be a god then. I see KH-38s getting fired while playing my Leo’s and abrams, and I simply smoke / find cover, and almost always have another 10-20 secs before they hand.
They leave a massive smoke trail in the sky for about 20 secs in launch.
The pansir has -1 or 0 degrees of gun depression, the only time it can kill an mbt is if it’s above it…
you seem to forget some SPAAs don’t have smoke. As for cover, it’s very map dependent (poland comes to mind)
As for seing the smoke trail from a tank, it doesn’t mean you are a god, but rather that you’re not focused on the enemy ground, which is the purpose of a tank mind you. Of course, the amount of missiles you manage to see in time can not really be quantified, and it’s not like this affirmation holds any water since you basically play russia only in ground RB top tier, but i digress

Pre nerf I’d say the pansir was the best, post nerf, the g overload locks out so quickly an f16 can do a semi hard turn and dodge the missile

you must predict and lead ur missile
instead of lock and aim ur crosshair directly on the target
