I’ve read the rest of your post and you bring up valid points, but I’d say that, by far, the biggest reason for early leavers are premium spammers themselves.
I mean, what are you going to do when half of your team just bumrushes at the start, dies and leaves the game, thus leaving you at a massive disadvantage just few minutes into the game. To many people this isn’t fun so they might leave after dying themselves, in order to try their luck in the next match.

TBH its not about if you can do it or not, its about how easy it is to do it. Ka52 can quite easily lock onto a plane and spam a couple vihkr while firing the nose mounted gun, which makes it quite hard to go for a gun run. Even IRCCM missles don’t track if they spam flares and the only method to reliably kill them is to use a brimstone (if you’re playing a eurofighter) or maybe a maverick, but i can’t comment on the latter
mavs are great against helis, if anything they are better for that than tanks
