The top 3 light tanks in-game are: CV90120, VT5, and HSTVL; not specifically in that order.
2S38 and BMP-2M are losing tanks for top BR.
2S25M is great for its BR; its lack of mobility and gun control make it more difficult to use at the top end, though it is better than 2S38 for top BR… still not as useful as a T-80U or T-72B3.
Oh wow, an 8.3 M3 Bradley can frag a top BR MBT…
That does not make the vehicles you listed below 10.0 good for 11.7 or 12.0.

2S25 is literally made out of aluminum. It has enough armor to only stop 7.62 rounds, why are people struggling against them again?

The Strf 9040 and Desert Warrior are at least mostly frontally immune to the BMP-3 (and similarly so for the BMP-2M):
vs the BMP-3
Desert Warrior:
(you can pen it frontally anywhere if you fire a shot, the mapping is a bit inaccurate)
and Strf 9040:
(same deal as with Desert Warrior, protection mapping is inaccurate)

For fun, lets make all 4 face a 50 cal side on:
As you can see, the Desert Warrior + Strf 9040 can:
-More reliably pen the BMP-2M and BMP-3 than vice-versa
-Survive (except the Strv 9040) 50 cal to the side
They have:
-Faster turret rotation speed (except when compared to the BMP-2M, but the Desert Warrior’s is still faster)
-Better shells with more pen
-Faster speeds: Desert warrior can go 81 kmh forwards and backwards. Strv 9040 can go 78 kmh forwards and 50 kmh backwards.
BMP-3 can go 70kmh forwards and 21kmh backwards. BMP-2M can go 70kmh forwards and 11kmh backwards
However, the BMP-2M and BMP-3 can fire ATGM’s on the move. The Strf 9040 and Desert Warrior must be stopped to do this. However, the BMP-3 has a 25s reload for its ATGM, slower than the reload for the ATGM’s for the two (10s each). I don’t know how long it takes the BMP-2M to reload all of its ATGM’s.
The BMP-3’s best ATGM is tandem and has 750mm of pen; The BMP-2M’s is tandem and has 1200mm of pen, the best in the game insofar. The Desert Warrior’s has a 800mm pen tandem ATGM and a topattack ATGM, theoretically more useful than the 1200mm pen if the game isn’t buggy. The BILL on the Strf 9040 has 510mm of pen, the worst of the three.
All 4 have thermals and LRF. The BMP-2M can track aircraft, I believe.
The BMP-3 has hydropnumatic suspension. The rest don’t.
In conclusion, the BMP-3 and BMP-2 trade firepower, mobility and armour for better ATGMs and ability to fire them on the move, cannon RoF and in the BMP-3’s case low-velocity HE shells for sniping, but this is situtational, and hydropnumatic suspension. Their BR’s differences reflect this.
As for the 2S25M? It shares the BMP-3 chassis, yet with worse reverse speed, plus it can be penned more easily by the Desert Warrior and Strf 9040. The thermals aren’t really a big deal plus.

it never reaches that speed you can have maximum speed of 100KM/H on stats but if acceleration is so poor it’ll never reach that speed which it is for warrior case it has poor acceleration because underpower engine for its weight
now look at the light tanks overall job in the game
go ahead and scout and provide fire support to the team
good luck doing that desert warrior because it’ll take lot of time to do that.
People are quick to pull the stat card.
There are times where it makes sense but some pull it when it doesnt make any sense.
