Except in this instance the program was cancelled without even selecting out the winner AFAIK, so we have no clue how would armed aerial scout look like.
I bring you the Yak-141… Which was canceled when the Soviet Union fell. Yet it’s in the game. And until they get rid of that plane, that will always be a valid argument.

It was also designed and configured to carry the M310 hellfire missile launcher, M260 rocket launcher, and .50 caliber machine/GAU-19 gatling gun. And the the Uh-72 Lakota was already in service with the Army when it was tested. Meaning the helicopter was in production and use in the military unlike the Yak-141.
The Soviet navy used the yak 141 for testing.

no. YAK-141 went through all the red tape and unfinished prototype was built and tested. AAX was either offered or proposed, but never went beyond that stage. They never put all the proposed systems and weapons onto the Lakota as far as i know.
AAX didnt have a winner. We dont even know if Lakota wouldve been accepted into service as AAX.
Hell I dont even see suggestion for it.

I actually don’t even play helicopters. Your argument is dead with the Yak-141 and you have nothing else…I could care less if it’s added. It was simply question. Once again, Gaijin community showing it’s true colors. Being a dick…I’m sure there is someone who plays this game that has flown on that helicopter and would like to see the attack version in the game. Is that hard to understand or do I need to draw you a picture with crayons?
