i dont understand why the devs havent added a air rb guns only mode,in my opinion missiles ruin toptier,constant missile spamming is so tiring and just not fun,dogfighting is the most fun in toptier planes but its completely ruined by missiles,and i know how to dodge and notch missiles but still its just not fun at all

I play top tier for missile slinging and everything else that comes with newer tech these jets have. I love flying a radar with missiles attached.

My preference would be a “gun + 2x IR missile” mode.
I feel that some sort of missile should be included and that two per player is a good compromise.

A general dogfighting/1v1 dedicated mode should be brought in for all BRs tbh, I’d love to catch a break from the whole 16vs16 slogging matches while still earning rewards, and for those who say do it in custom battles, those don’t have a matchmaker.

Dogfighting at that BR would be extremely painful if you do only gun mode
The mode will be dominated mainly by 1/2 planes…so no,learn how to multipath and notch (You cant notch a MICA cause somehow the French are superheroes making missiles in this game somehow)

Team sizes related stuff,you should have a checkbox where you can pick if you wanna play 16Vs16 or 8vs8,or maybe both why not

I’m talking about a direct 1v1, where only 2 people matchmake into an isolated lobby, merge and dogfight for some number of rounds (possibly 5) until a winner is decided.
I can do it plenty well, as seen in the video below, top tier gameplay isn’t difficult, i just dislike the COD style rush to the furball which ends in about 5 minutes. It’s not enjoyable anymore, even when racking up kills

Not everything is capable of gunfighting, it would be a heavily one sided fight quite often, The aircraft at top tier were built for missile combat not WW2 Style gunfighting

i mean a lot of jets are about average you could probably make a special BR bracket for the mode and ADD it as a event mode like naval EC
heres a EXAMPLE
deltas like JA39 and EF2000 and RAFALE etc would be highest rank
things like F4F ice and Tornado would be in there own br brackets worse turn time lower br with a few other factors like energy retention ETC

and given they cant even balance the regular gamemodes at the moment, when are they going to make an entirely new gamemode with entirely new BRs for everything?

true but its not impossible as this a dogfight only model for RANK 8 there be a lot empty br space to use like how ground and air have different brs for planes
i imagine it to be a lot BNZ and 1 circle and 2 circle fights it would be very fun it would be very fun like dogfight customs
