GroundRB SPAA problem

In GroundRB, especially top-tier, there is a problem with SPAA. They ca nspawn too oftenly. I take out one and then it spawns the second time and takes me down and if I manage to evade and kill the second spawn, they can just spawn the third time. Isn’t it a bit OP? I am not here to cry about how my CAS experience isn’t point-and-click, but to complain about when I manage to take out the Anti-Air, they just spawn 2 more times.

So my suggesion would be:

  • Incerase SPAA SP cost by 10 SP
  • Incerase the cost multiplier after death for SPAA from 2 to 2.5 or 3

Before it makes to suggestions, I would like to know how y’all feel about it and what additions/changes to the suggestion should we make for it to be reasonable?

It’s still a problem. When I take out the SPAAs, only possible threat for at least next minute should only be new SPAA’s from other players than those I already defeated. In current state, they can respawn up to 3 times for free. There are countless times when I took out all the enemy SPAA’s and then they just spawned another one and then I went into evasive manuevres until their spawn protection runs out and maybe kill them, but even then they can just respawn again. The initial second respawn for 140SP is outrageous already, but 3rd spawn is bad. It shouldn’t really be an option. Let’s say their SPAA costs 70SP for first spawn, the second spawn is 140, the third is 280SP. They oppose the threat for me and came back 3 times for 490SP, which they can get by just entering the match and scouting somebody.
The fair cost sohuld be 80SP-200SP-450SP. This would still be playable, but would not enable certain players to get 4 spawns in same type of vehicle for essentially free.

How are you dying to them though, are you intentionally spawn camping them? I’d say back off from the spawn and don’t be so deseperate for the kill that you end up being out in the open at least…

I do agree that the really good SPAAs like pantsir shouldnt be as cheap as ones that dont bloody work but this is infinitely better than the SPAA being too expensive and allowing cas to be even more op and toxic.

I just want a tank only mode

When playing CAS, I am after the whole battlefield, but I can’t peacefully operate unless I take out SPAA, right? But at least when I do, I deserve to have the result of that which is me being able to fly high and properly aim for the tanks, instead of having the same player respawning once or twice after that without havign to lift a finger, except maybe getting 40SP which is again, insanely easely.

As, CAS, when I take down SPAA, I should be free from that particular player’s threat for at least a minute. I have no issue if another player respawns, but if the same player respawns for 3 times for essentially free, that’s bad.

I literally do not think you should though… You should be still being wary because if you are so aware of how cheap they are to spawn, and where they spawned before, you should know where they’re going to turn up if they spawn again.

Yes, I should be wary about other SPAAs, but isn’t it a bit too OP that the same player can spawn 3 times in the same category (eg. spawns in NASAMS-3, dies to me, spawns in ADATS, dies again and then respawns in CLAWS or uses backup for NASAMS-3) for free + 1 scout or few MG hits?

I agree, but you misse the point. I absolutely have to be wary about other players, but the same player to respawn 3 times for essentially free is unfair. It’s like me dying in Su-25T/Su-39 or Su-30 an then just respawning instantly after achieving next to nothing with my first spawn. And even here, I had to achieve something on the ground before even getting to play CAS.

Yes, but for me to spawn in CAS only 2 times, I have to get 900SP on the ground and then get another 1800SP (insanely hard to pull off, you would need like 10 kills which includes successfuly killing with every missile an still ahving to come back to the airfiel to rearm an have at least half of your loadout succee again), while for SPAA, I can respawn 2 time for absolutely free an the 3rd time for oing something very little like getting few hits or a scout.

You are lucky people even want to spawn them, some players like me are forced to spawn them because of CAS spam ruins the gameplay of ground vehicles, if it weren’t for them I don’t even want to waste a crew slot on spaa. CAS are like poops, they stinks and we needs cleaner(spaa) to clean up the poop, else the place smell and more 𝖢̶𝖠̶𝖲̶ poops more smelly, when the place smell no bad everybody leaves. So this is the tax you have to pay for cockblocking people wanting to play tanks. Like the hell want to volunteer to become a poop cleaner? its not like its something fun to do

Actually, no you don’t. you have to spend that much IF you use the same loadout.

I wouldn’t think it to be insanely hard, you just have to be accurate and not get shot down, because if you didn’t get shot down you wouldn’t have to be respawning…

It’s not ‘free’, and the same can be said about players spawning planes, and even DOES get said about people spawning an SPAA, rushing and capping to respawn…

Hell, if you knew you could spawn SPAA solely and spawn 3 times without an effort, that’d rip your undies…
