Ground Vehicles **PROPOSED** RB battle rating changes

I mean sure, you don’t have to take everything he says to heart. But the fact that he has been doing better at least means he’s doing something right.
Same goes for me.

the conqueror has an easy solution, remove the stab and send it down in br

keep the stab and send it down in BR let’s not pretend it doesn’t have the worst ammo layout for a vehicle in a BR range full of heat rounds

Let’s not pretend that they actually had an actual two plane stabilizer and not just a single plane (at best) travel stabilizer
The stabilzer that it has in game is ahistorical to begin with, like i said removing it would actually make it more accurate and easier to balance it at lower br

I wouldn’t say that’s a terrible idea, but its armour is still very impressive for 7.7, so moving it down to 7.3 or 7.0 would make its armour even more useful.

and?

Removing an fake feature is pretty reasonable to me, seems like skill is not your only issue…

if you want to be historically accurate, 5.7-7.7 germany should not work and the 262 should have its engines die passively for existing. The 262 being remotely reliable is a fake feature

Reliability is not the same as literally not having a feature IRL… The conqueror did not have the kind of stabilizers that it has in the game.
Also here i am talking about model accuracy, not historical accuracy.

where’s the 6 pounder’s APDS then? Where’s the 17 pounder’s APDS on the british firefly and avenger? Explain to me the difference in the ammo layout between the centurion 1 and 2

So shifting the pole are we… Putting aside that it is competely irrelevat to the conqueror, give it to them i couldnt care less, most likely they would just go up in br, but as long those changes are correct i am all for it.

He doesn’t listen to me as is lol

lol most of my matches were 8.3 on cqb maps btw

good for you, you’re still incorrect.

Nah, with the stab it definitely shouldn’t move down in BR.

the point I’m trying to make is that if we’re gonna make the conqueror more “historically accurate”, then I have A LOT more to gain from applying that same standard to other vehicles than just arbitrarily choosing the conq specifically. Another 2 examples: AS90 laser rangefinder, Centurion 10 Rangefinder.

Buddy, we were talking about the conqueror, is it really that difficult to understand?.. Btw applying the same standard that has been done in the past to other vehicles insnt arbitraty.
You can try to shift the goal all you want but it doesnt change the fact that the stabilizer of the conqueror is fake and should be removed. And that would also allow it to be a lower br without as much of an issue

Btw a about your whataboutism you should probably start with bug reporting that as i couldnt find any bug report on those, also from what i could find what youre claiming isnt correct.

Just remove the stab and it’s fine as a 7.7

How many vehicles have you played? And what is your KDr in them?

I guarantee I play every vehicle significantly better than you, which means I know their strengths and weaknesses

Just remember I’m “wrong” as Yubel puts it.

Theyre more than capable of dealing with early jets like the F-86, or even the F-104. The only trouble would come from planes like the SAAB-105 and A-4B, which can simply be raised.

they too would eventually move up as part of decompression.

the process you have described is decompression.

it still stands that neither are really equipped to deal with SPAA at their BR. The Harrier’s 9Gs also wouldn’t become a balancing problem as it’s only ground attack aircraft that we’re considering raising. The Yak-130 doesnt get flares which might suck against a 9G, but it does have vastly superior flight performance.

That’s what I’m saying. The Harrier doesn’t need to be lowered if we raise only SPAA and the best ground attackers.

It does kinda suck getting bombed when you’re just playing normally, but at the same time, whoever bombed you likely now has one or no bombs left. That CAS just wasted their opportunity to bomb a top player, or a spawncamper, or a downtiered heavy.

Those are notable upsides, but they mostly apply to A2A. In a groud attack role, they don’t necessarily need to be 1.3 apart. A difference or 9.0-9.3/7 would also be fine.

As I see it, higher BR teammates and CAP will keep CAS in check until the decomp wave reaches those BRs.

I wouldnt be opposed to replacing free SPAA with free naval style CAP, but I still believe raising SPAA without adding free CAP would be better than what we have right now.
