I know this doesnt belong here, but i feel really frustrated rn, i carried an entire match, my team mates did nothing but just run to die, i was in a uptier with japan 5.7, launched a nuke and i just got this rewards, this is really unfair, i wont ever pay premium or anything on this game i feel that matchs like these should be rewarded properlly
Or better yet, we decompress instead of recompressing the area we just got decompressed some months ago
I’ve made my opinion on the VII very clear, it’s a good and very strong tank but it’s not uniquely strong for 4.7. It’s extremely map dependent, extremely matchup dependent, and almost worthless into uptiers against Germany thanks to the panther and VK being perfect counters. For every 10 kill game I get on north holland, there are like 4 where I get 0 kills on Volokolamsk. It’s not hard to kill (any remotely intelligent Chaffee player dunks on you so hard it’s not even funny) and not hard to avoid either. It has to W+M1 into the enemy because it doesn’t have the mobility to do anything else.
How about it’s armor vs 5.3 vehicles.
And is there ANY 5.3 vehicles that can survive a hit from the 128mm?
Kills per spawn = 1.04
Kills per death = 1.30
Seems to be fine at 6.7

But you’d need to decompress the whole of 9.0+ if you want to make sure nothing gets compressed.
I had shermans survive 128mm in my sturm emil, jagdtiger would be a problem to face but it has the weak spot and it can get immobilized easily, so I don’t see a problem here.
You know very well that reload rates are what gaijin uses for balancing.
And historically it would be about 6.7 seconds for the turret stowage ammo, and about 10 seconds for the ammo located in the floor.
Well maybe you had a poor shot. Deflections can happen no matter what gun is being used if the angle is bad.
9 times out of 10 the Sherman does not survive, assuming you are not aiming at a crazy angled part of the tank.
Your example of a one-off survival (with a different gun by the way) in no way justifies lowering the Jagdtiger as suggested.

Sir I was using the 17 pounder on the low ground I think some of these shots should have gone through. Or are you telling me that it’s actually completely normal for the second shot in particular to do literally nothing.
First shot was nevwr going to penetrate, second and third seem like volumetric being funny.
The second shot would easily have penned if it hit a little lower.

if they aren’t going to fix the KV-1s they should move them up because how on EARTH is that fair. but yeah I’ll concede the first shot was garbage, I think I knew it was garbage in the moment too but I think I was rushing it a bit. Second shot is an actual scam though I need gaijin to retroactively change my K:D for that game
I agree with all the new BR changes but 3 of them.
T26E5: slighty better armoured m26, they wont give him heat fs, poor mobility, average at everything, good armour, but not as good as Tiger II H armour for example. (Just imagine how fun it will be to fight a strv 103 at the distance with the t26e5) I think this change was done just because no one wanted to use the m26 so now we wont have t26e5 at 6.7 anymore, t34 would have been an acceptable option for 7.0.
Tiger II P: some years ago it was 6.3, and had to be moved to 6.7 because it was a nuke printer, just imagine how op it will be on 5.3 downtiers, i still have goosebumps from those days. I think this is being done because german mains cant take their tiger II can get pen in the turret that they dont even angle. Btw, ill enjoy the tiger II P a lot again.
Leopard 1a5: yeh, aint no way leopard 1a5 will be at the same br as the m60tts when it is better in every aspect
