Ground Vehicles **PROPOSED** RB battle rating changes

The obvios the LOSAT…
Then you have the atakas, krizantema, rubin, 9m119m1 or acra, the kornet is speed is similar to the tow, it just have a better sustainer, so at range have a higher average velocity.

Imo, it just should not get this round. The STP is a discontinued immediate post-war protype, whereas BR-367 is a 50s round iirc. I’d rather this round be saved for a 1946 production T-34-85 that actually stayed in service long enough to receive this round.

If the STP has to drop in BR because of the removal of this round, than so be it.

Losat isn’t exactly an atgm, but you are correct it isn’t the fastest but it is still fast enough

It is atgm, just kinetic one and not chemical
It is anti tank
It is guided
And it is missile

It is an atgm… Anti Tank Gided Missile.

Btw, no missile aside from fire and forget, are “fast enough”, when you have LRF and apfsds, the kornet takes over 4s to hit anything over 1km, at that point they have more than enogh time to shoot you and get back into cover before the missiles arrives

If it was flat / 90 degree armor you might have a valid point.
Since it is angled armor, you do not have a valid point.

The Panzer 3 L and M all have small differences and yet are each 1 step removed. None of these differences are as great as the armor difference between the VK and the D. Precedent has already been set.

Just factoring reload rate the tiger2 is far superior to the t30 which has 199 max pen and 24 sec reload with ACE crew! It’s also superior to the t265e5 with better all around armor and ammo…185 pen isn’t close to 237! Furthermore Shermans frequently face Tiger2 and this isn’t even a close match;!

Angled armor increases the armor…

Btw:

I took more screenshots but they wouldn’t upload, generally speaking 4.0s and some 4.3s struggle to pen this, while it Lolpens them in return.

“ In May 1946, trials began involving four modified T-34-85s. The results were positive; firing accuracy while moving at speeds up to 25 km/h increased by a factor of 2.5–3. A batch of 30 vehicles was proposed, as well as the design of a stabilizer for the T-34-100. However, both the 85 mm guns and the T-34 platform had already become obsolete, resulting in the termination of the program”

It is a may 1946 tank… and has the same gun as the:
T-34-85
T-44

So why would it not be able to fire Br-367?

Well yes the STP should be a 6.0 just like the T-44FM likely should be too.

But let’s return to talking about the KV-220 and my points on what should occur with it.

It is a heavy tank with 2 loaders, but has the same reload speed as a KT or Tiger, T26e5, etc.

It’s firepower is lacking for a 6.0 that can see 7.0s

And its mobility is too poor to make effective use of its cannon, unlike the T-34s

Time period and service life. It was discontinued well before the round entered service.
Tbh, they could plausibly remove it from the T-44 aswell, though I imagine it would get annoying if 5.3’s had to face it.

The Vk30.02 is currently absolutely destroying 4.0 - 5.0

Weirdly enough in my experience the 6 pounder has a pretty decent time penning the VK. Obviously having more raw pen than the american 75 helps but that tends to fall flat against, say, shermans and such because they’re obese rounded and angled. tldr 6 pounder goated except against fat americans and soviet turrets

yes its lacking for 7.0, but its fine at 6.0

you trade mobility for armor

It’s lacking even for 6.3s it’s 137~ pen with better angle pen, and decent filler.

Yes you trade mobility for armor, but at some point armor becomes irrelevant and mobility matters more.
Hence uptiers, where your mobility matters more, as what you face has astoundingly better firepower.

The Jumbo is “supposed to be an easy” penetrating shot for that cannon / shell, but often it’s a complete gamble, even at point blank.

I just don’t see a good reason to keep it or the Heavy tank no.6 in the state they are.

Especially the heavy tank no.6, as it’s the worst 6.0 by far.

I’m sorry, but that is just how heavy tanks are balanced in this game. They are really strong in a downtier, and rather weak in an uptier. Examples include the Tigers, the Maus, the Churchill VII, Jumbo, and many, many more.

I don’t know many heavy tanks that do not follow this rule, maybe one of the KV’s but that’s that.

You shouldn’t balance heavy tanks over how weak they are in an uptier.

you know what needs fixing??? HESH is f, unplayable to shout a 183mm HESH round on a panther or a tiger or a t34 and magically eating them, i just had a game shouting 5 rounds and the best thingi got it was the track from a T29, fix HESH gaijin

Yeah…. not really

I think they’re talking about the tiger 1’s they do kinda struggle in uptiers.

Just if you’re good you can get around this because everyone is gonna think you’re an idiot, because you’re in a tiger 1, so they allow for more openings for you to exploit.

That or the tiger 2, but that doesn’t actually struggle against uptiers, just uptiers suck thanks to Germany not really having anything between 6.7 and 7.7 so every game is just struggle bus central.

Tiger Is are enough even on 7.0
