Ive only managed to kill three, two of them were by personally targeting them with maverics from CAS but ive died to them tanking a well placed shot and vapourising my tank in a second over a dozen times. the one i killed in a tank was because i knocked his transmission out around a house trapping them.
I am yet to see a terminator not wreck a front and take several allies to disable let alone kill so far.
And considering the T-58 is an undertiered tank, it’s not surprising that a balanced tank performs half as good.
I’d love to have an armour layout as good as the Kv-220s with an 85mm to back it up.
The BMP-Ts are obviously overperforming if you just take a look at how well protected they are (combined with an acceptable armament) relative to everything else. They should both be 10.7 minimum, and I wouldn’t argue against 11.0.
It it not me deciding how everything works, You can be angry all You want.
The truth is that 20 matches is not enough data to be able to talk about what B.R. KW-220 faces as someone playing on different server at different time will get different results.
It is not about „any metric” but rather the difference in results that people get. If I find time tommorow to play, I will also do 20 games in KW-220 and present at what B.R. I played.
The KV-220s armor is good, but it’s weak in pretty much every other area. It’s turret face in notoriously weak. If it got a model update maybe it would be better.
But that “85mm” to back it up, with Br-365 only does not cut it at 7.0, let alone 6.7
In terms of it overall, I see no reason to play it when the T-34-85, and T-V the Panther are just superior. Panther has better turret traverse, a better gun, etc etc. armor is weaker on both, but the mobility is good.
in fairness we play on different servers. from my own experience EU is much higher skill than NA
Was playing NA matches with some canadian friends tonight and while the skill level was notably lower, terminators (the volume of) dictated the outcome of the battle
And I wouldn’t say your exactly correct, because if someone has as 20.0 KDr in a vehicle and one has a 0.25 KDr. It depends more on player skill than the server.
Given things like the T29 are still the br that is or the T58 it’s astounding but is likely the case of people not being aware of their Surroundings.
So there’s no metric, as I said previously to balance vehicles eh? I must be too good at the game for balancing decisions given that Most if not all my games are always 0.7 or higher uptiers
Tell me when was the last time you touched the KV-220? You have an extremely good KDr for such a rare tank. Was it during it 5.3 time or 5.7?
And how come things such as the Tiger II sla. 16 or T34, T29, you know, the heavies hard to kill for 5.7 / 6.0 tanks, how come they are allowed to be heavies…
Meanwhile things like the obj.248, Kv-1, KV-220, IS-6 etc consistently see vehicles that are able to kill them easily. Odd isn’t it
KDR is mostly influenced by player but what B.R. vehicle faces is not.
Last time I checked, KW-220 have better stats on thunderskill than T58.
Of course there is, gaijin always looks how on average vehicle works, not how good players do in it. I would love if they changed they way of thinking but here we are.
5.7 and 6.0 time.
Recently when It comes to russia, I played mostly stabilized T-34-85 using the same ammo that KW-220 uses.
Because of how on average people play with it
I feel in some way me playing Obj.248 was responsible for its B.R. Change
