I’m subtly reinforcing the idea that Chile is a better subtree for Israel TT if it’s also complemented by Colombia (which is already in Israel TT).
Air
Kfir C.10 (Kfir 2000 like the Ecuadorian one)
Mirage M5 COAM (Unique and improved by Israel)
F-86-25 and CL-13 Sabre
F-80
P-47-30 RE
JAS-39 Gripen E/F (From 2027 but possibly armed with Python 5 and I-Derby-ER, Spice 1000/2000 etc.)
Helicopters
AH-60L “Arpía IV” (Unique and with Israeli technology and armament, also previous variants)
Bell-212 “Rapaz”
Hughes-500
Ground
LAV III “Gladiador” (With Israeli armament)
EE-09 Cascavel (Modernized by Colombia)
HMMWE (With Spike or Mistral missiles)
Barak MX
Abir Nimrod (With Israeli Nimrod anti-tank missiles)
Navy
Almirante Padilla Class (Unique)
PAF-III (Unique)
There are many I’m forgetting, but these could fully complement Chile as a Subtree. In fact, even Colombia has better synchronization with Israel TT than Greece or Cyprus.
They are also the only proper user of the Nimrod. Outside of Columbia, I’ve never seen them in proper action by Israel aside from tests. Most of the time they are just in displays for who knows how many years.
That’s right, Colombia had a very strong relationship and cooperation with Israel. In fact, Israel offered the Merkava IV MBTs to Colombia, but due to a lack of political will, they were not acquired. The offer means a lot to those who know about the subject.
The IAI F-16 ACE upgrade was also offered to Columbia but also had it’s own reasons of not being exported
Any Latin American country is a better candidate than Greece and Cyprus, but since Gijin likes copy-pasting, there’s nothing to be done.
all of the stuff you said are copy and paste too but with Israeli missiles
I was always in favor of Latin America going to Israel; with the Gripen E/Fs from Colombia and/or Brazil you already have top tier, and with the modernized Leo 2 from Chile and the Centauro II from Brazil you already have a complete ground force.
Because they were second-hand.
I agree
I disagree

My point is that Ecuador has aircraft from Israel, Colombia has some, Argentina has the TAM modernized in Israel, etc.
So this one is a very good proposition with almost 20k votes with 97% yes, would you like Chile goes as a subtree or have a TT with other Latin American countries ?
Yes, you’re right, I’m just saying that not everyone (Venezuela, Argentina already has its place, etc.). But yes, it’s very frustrating that Gaijin’s logic is: Where is there more money and less work? Yes, it’s logical, copy and paste.
all of colombian and chilen are too
Greece goes to Israel to fill the gaps and it can do it very easily
Not all of them, bro. In fact, Greece has a lot of purchased vehicles, but not many modified ones (especially not by Israel). If you read my comment about what Colombia has to offer, there are more unique vehicles than Cyprus, for example. And don’t even get me started on Chile.
Greece has a lot of modifications Cyprus not but still have same, yes you have bigger collaborations but Greece has more stuff to be added
