f-4s and f4j uk must get their aim9ls where aim7s are almost useless for targets multipathing beneath you if u are higher (if you are BVR) and with its terrible flight performance and avg speed , always outran by every plane either on uptier and downtiers ,while it gets uptiers more making it fighting planes it didnt fight before like the flankers ,f15s ,f18s ,f16s ,and f14A/B/D ,EVERY plane will destroy it in a dogfight and if not then you will mostly stall and crash unless a teammate helps you +f/a18a hornet gets 4 aim7s and 2 aim9ls with a dominating flight performance and decent acceleration (f4s and f4j uk should be at 11.7 till this br bracket gets a decompression which most likely never going to happen in the near future)
I think what really needs to happen is decompression there’s no reason a f4j should ever fight a jas 39

How about the tech tree F-4J and the british F-4s which are just objectively worse than the premium F4S? Nobody can take you seriously
Putting the F-4JUNK and the F-4S into the same boat is really funny.
The first step is to bring the F4JUNK up to parity with the F-4S with Aim-7F equivalent missiles and Napalm

i made a research about the f-4j in the us tech tree and found out that they never gave it aim9ls and they later modernized them to the f-4s and i dont know what British f4s ur talking abt

The Phantom FGR2, FG1 and F4JUNK all could get 9Ls. But could also all get Skyfalsh SuperTEMPs which would bring their SARH performance on par with the F-4S and F4J(US). At the moment they have Aim-7E2 equivalents.
Also, why wouldnt the F-4S then become 12.3 alongside the KAI if it got 9Ls?

oh mb then what i said includes every f4 at 12.0 for the fgr.2 and f4j uk in the british tech tree and f4j in usa
this make it fight even better planes like the prem su30s and it wont even fight what it fought historcaly ,this will make it unable to fight the mig21 and other stuff less common ,and this would make it same br as f/a18a hornet which is same but better airframe ,flight performance and topspeed
The main upgrade of the F4-EJ KAI is the Aim-9Ls and slightly improved sparrows, so adding Aim-9ls to the F-4S would make the F-4EJ KAI even worse Br-for Br than it already is, not
to mention the F-4E Kurnass 2000 which is at 12.3 with ONLY IRs, that the Thai F-5s get at 11.3
Exactly. So why would you want 9Ls which arent even that good?
they are certainly best non ircm missile out there from flare resistance ,range and seek range and it litterly fights 13.0 so why it wont get it if you think they are “ineffective”
Play the Kurnass 2000 at 12.3 with only IRs vs the “prem su-30s” and tell me what you think about the F-4S then

They are not. Python-3, R-24T and I think the PL-5C are better
But why would the F-4S remain at 12.0 when it would be essentially identical to an F-4 at 12.3?

f4J KAI gets aim7ms which has better seeker and better accelaration
batbat1642 LOVES br compression and wants his F-4S premium to be super easy to grind with and bully in a downtier, all while hating on Israel with 0 valid reasons
There are almsot no difference in performance between the 7F and 7M. There is certainly no difference between the seekers as the difference are not modeled
But by your own original arguments
so why would the minute difference between the 7F and 7M be a factor here.
There is a far greater difference between the Skyflash DF and the Aim-7F
