bud ,i have stated that every f4 needs aim9ls if it carried them and br decompression from 12.0 to 13.0 where some 3rd gen fighters gets clapped by 13.0 where they even dont get their best armament at 12.0 ,then u start complaining for the kurnass being at a higher br without any radar missiles ,ur litterly arguing against me while supporting the same statement as me

Aim-7M gets an extra 5° of seeker gimball.

meanwhile the Tornado F.3 sits at the same BR with 9Ls and Supertemp and I don’t remember anyone complaining about it
What I am saying is that the Kurnass is 12.3, with 6 non irccm all aspect missiles
if you add Aim-9ls to the F-4S, it will be 12.0 with 4 non irccm all aspect missiles, and 4 RADAR missiles
which is the same kit as the EJ KAI at 12.3.
The first step is to bring the F4JUNK onto parity with the existing F-4s or move it down to 11.7.
The FGR2/FG1 do get some differing advantages like better low level engines and more CMs, but I think the disadvantage of Aim-7E2s over Aim-7Fs is a greater disadvantage and then could do with rectification.
After that decompression must come first. Then a review of what or even if any should get 9Ls.
I personally dont want them to all get them. There is no reason to keep the FGR2 and FG1 identical in terms of loadout and whilst the FG1 did get 9Ls in RAF service, it did not in FAA service. So that right there creates an oppotunity for them to be different.

Because the Tornado is a way worse airframe, same reason why A-10 gets Aim-9ls at 10.3 but fighters don’t

Because the Tornado F3 doesnt stand much of a chance in a dogfight vs pretty much anything else at the moment. But if/when its CMs get fixed, I would advocate moving it from 12.0 to 12.3.
BOL is at 1/4 the strength it should be and the F3 is missing Phimat pods. But it would still be weaker than the F-18s at 12.3
Its FM is also a mess but that is another issue entirely

Way better than a tornado can, and their raw flight performance, speed, energy retention is much more favorable to air RB
F-4S, No. Its one of the best 12.0s at the moment, it moves down, most of 12.0 also moves down

How many times do I need to get slammed by an Su-33 till I satisfy your highness?
That is an extreme example.
But something like a Tornado F3 is hard pressed to do much vs F-4s, Mig-23s or F-5s that are common at and around its BR. That is why its maintained 12.0.
Its CM count is also massively artificially nerfed, which is part of the reason its been able to maintain the current BR imo. Yes, it is too low, but I blame compression more than just straight being the wrong BR.
