Gaijin needs to return these vehicles in some way or another, Tiger 2 is overall decent but its in no way fairly comparable to vehicles like IS4M which you can’t even pen its side armor, unless the player knows what he’s doing, there’s no way he will ever destroy an IS4M, when the IS4M player can just shoot anywhere on the Tiger 2’s turret.
Tiger 105:
My argument for Tiger 105 is that it should come back, but not because it would actually be an amazing upgrade to the default Tiger 2 (which can’t be), but more so as an extra spawn, being a Tiger 2 slightly faster + with a far better shell. Tiger 105 should be put in a folder right under Tiger 2. This tank should be 6.7 too btw.
Panther II
This one I understand why people tend to hate so much. This tank would not have existed into this form ever, with the only possibility of a totally different tank that wasn’t meant to be actually called Panther II and not even that one would fit well. WT’s Panther II is a copy of E50 but with the Panther F turret thing. So Gaijin either just adds an up armored Panther D in a folder with the other 3 Panthers or rename it to E50.
Coelian:
This tank was literally built but with a turret made out of wood, the “paper vehicle” argument hardly stands when vehicles like E100 exist in game under the same LAW. This tank should be returned without any kind of drama that this community continues to plague these vehicles with. Coelian should be put in a folder under Ostwind 2 which literally never existed and nobody asked for, but ofc they added it anyway.
Maus:
Maus tanks were built, I don’t think anyone would need any proof of that…So Maus was removed because apparently it wasn’t possible to “balance”…right. I mean this is a nice example of how Game companies just lie blatantly for no actual reason, they didn’t try hard enough to balance it, they didn’t care to balance it in the first case, lazy behavior, a classic occurance from Gaijin. This tank should be put after Tiger 2, reasonably at 7.3 BR because Maus stands no chance against the 8.7 HEAT/APDS massacre that would have never faced irl anyway, I mean there is heat rounds even before 7.3 that can pen it and for all the american and soviet mains which will ofc give me the argument that Maus is somehow impossible to destroy…well all you have to do is flank the heck out of it, exactly how you would an IS4M (except IS4M is twice as fast and has basically hardly penetrable sides you need to aim for the literal floor of the tank and impenetrable front armor.
The fact that they added these vehicles breaks the whole “paper vehicle” argument as its more of a bad joke at this point, every TT has its own paper vehicle BS but Germany isn’t allowed to have its own vehicles. Basically (for your general understanding) If the devs give the paper vehicle argument, it means that they have a bias against the said vehicle, ofc with the highest lvl of hypocrisy possible.
