I agree with this, but they will still keep their answer as no
I’ve heard of the shipping manifest, and I know there is also a Post-War Czech report that mentions an Ostwind with two guns. However, from the way the Czech report is written, it implies that it’s not the Ostwind as seen in-game but rather one with two guns stacked, which actually would fit in the Ostwind turret as is. So, part of me almost wonders if the vehicle in the shipping manifest and the Czech one are one in the same. If it is it would still imply the II in-game isn’t an actual representation of the Ostwind II as built.
I have been summoned.
This is the third or 4th of these identical threads in the last 3 weeks or so. Do you not know how to use a search function? And short answer to having them back, No.
My opinion is that only the coelian should be brought back. It had a wooden mockup iirc, and it is possible to make unlike the Tiger II 105, or the Panther II. The maus is brought back somewhat often, so it’s fine how it is too.
The others aren’t realistic, or even possible.
In my opinion Gaijin violated the principle of definiteness on multiple occassions with their removal of the German Trinity. Many points were unclear and thus the principle of definiteness cannot be cured, making the administrative act of Adjusting the German Tech Tree void.
Regarding 3.
The principle of definiteness in Article 37, paragraph 1 of the Bavarian Administrative Procedures Act (BayVwVfG) represents a fundamental principle of administrative action. A violation of the principle of definiteness is not curable and leads to (material) illegality or, in the case of serious and obvious violations, even to the nullity of the administrative act (e.g., Article 37, paragraph 3 in conjunction with Article 44, paragraphs 1 and 2 BayVwVfG). The administrative act must therefore be sufficiently determined in content. This is only considered fulfilled if the addressee, content, and regulatory content are sufficiently, i.e., clearly, unambiguously, and unmistakably recognizable to the affected party.
The principle of definiteness laid down in Article 37, paragraph 1 BayVwVfG was complied with in the order under number 1. The regulation is clearly recognizable and thus sufficiently determined in content.
Example:
The order under number 2, to leash the two dogs, is very indefinite, as neither the type and nature, nor the maximum length of the leash, nor the exact scope of this order is regulated. Number 2 violates the principle of definiteness in Article 37, paragraph 1 BayVwVfG.
What have bavarian law to do with an international working company?
It is an interesting precedent.
The Tiger 10.5 is in my eyes now worse then the regular one, since the BR change to 7.0 you can get now 8.0 battles and the faster reload of the 88 Tigers made them really good heavies at 6.7.
Same now with the Panther II, was great to use at 6.7 with the Tiger IIs together but now also 7.0.
And the Maus come back each year for a short time…
There so many other vehicles which were moved out of the trees, and nobody cares about them…
If you want to play fantasy and fake tanks go to the other game company…
Oh, I care about ev’ry single one of our children.
Also it is about being able to obtain and play the vehicles in question, their Performance is besides the point.
just came to say that I don’t support OP and his ideas in any way.
Good for you I guess.
It’s definitely a controversial situation, but honestly, I’d be fine with them all coming back except for the Tiger II 10.5 and the Panther II (88).
As for the Panther II, I’d be fine with it being reimplemented under the caveat that the model is corrected to have its correct turret and the 7.5cm gun it was supposed to have. Maybe they can also add the Panther II mit G Turm that the US has on display. It was operational for quite a while after the war until the engine suffered an accident.
No exceptions. What had been taken is to be restored. More accurate variants can be introduced as additions, but not replacements.
Nah.
The best that could happen is to provide better vechicles as a replacement that really existed.
No. It’s a 7.0 tank easily.
Anyway yes these vehicles should come back yes, either that or they remove it entirely due to the fact they never existed. Preferably they should return once a year for War Thunder’s anniversary
Will people miss R2Y2 as those tanks, I wonder.
I think no…
I already am. Do I need to buy the first one too keep all three, or can I let it sit there in my Tech Tree? It’s once again too ambigous.
You keep only vehicles which you have bought before they get hidden.
