Getting the tk-penalty from getting rammed

Why do you get the teamkill-penalty from someone ramming you? Im tired of losing 30k sl to someone that rams me out of the air…

Specifically, 23,872 were banned for different time frames for breach of section 2 of “Annex #1. Game Rules” in the Gaijin Terms of Service namely for teamkilling (including intentional ramming).
