Germany as of now has no reason to get this IFV, if Gaijin insists on adding a needless sub-tree to Italy then taking away the one unique vehicle that has a wow factor to convince people to want to play the tree at top tier then there was well and truly no reason to add it in the first place. Also lets not forget that Sweden has the Agusta-Bell 204 while Italy doesn’t, Germany has the G.91 R/3 and several Savoia bombers whilst they’re still missing in Italy after all these years. You guys dont have the right to complain, not until other there’s parity between nations.

The “Lynx” being offered to the US is completely different from the KF41 that was offered to Australia or that Hungary operates. To be blunt, that is irrelevant information.
It isn’t really relevant to the game whether the Bundeswehr trialed/tested the vehicle (and we’re ignoring the fact they still do get trialed by German Army bodies before being given an export permit (seeing as PSO was actively trialed…).

and besides that of course the bundeswehr tried out the KF41, it is a military vehicle developed in germany you think they never did try it out to check it out once?, they just didnt make a spectecualr sensation out of it
US can have their Lynx, that one is truly uniquely developed with a lot of american parts, but the bock standard lynx is german and should be represented there

I’d rather have the PSO get its hull armour and then a different vehicle with AMAP-ADS in a later update. The Leo 2 ATD for example. Overall, this update seems like a blank for Germany so far

“You can’t have your own things!!!”. I will still not play Italy despite the Lynx, I’m simply not interested because of the C&P, the Lynx isn’t even “woooow loook!!!” type of vehicle, I don’t see it that way, I don’t think anybody looks at it this way. Honestly it’s just a poor excuse for keeping it Italo-centric.

completly broken Puma model that isnt getting touched, and Lynx still is german
we dont mind the Lynx being unique to the hungarian subtree for multiple patches, our problem is with it being denied permanently to the german tree. So if added later it would still have gotten people to play the Lynx in italien tree
I’m a bit confused by this line, I will admit. That Italy needs content is clear enough and unarguable, so Hungary provides lots of useful additions. But… why the wow factor? Italy has plenty of unique and interesting vehicles, what they’re lacking is quantity, not quality. Considering that the Italian mains are probably among the most skilled players in the game in my experience, I wouldn’t think there’s an issue of needing to convince people to play Italy… am I mistaken?
Eh, sounds like you need to band together then. Not peck each other over which deserves to “suffer” more. I’m all for fixing it across the board. God knows the tech tree system could use a facelift in general anyway, at least imho.
I am not against the germans getting these fighters but you know what the germans do have? the Eurofighter so frankly unless there is a gap that needs to be filled I see no reason to give Germany these planes, tho the F-20 would be neat, hell I would love the YF-17 being added even if it meant the french get it since they did consider it, yall already have an equivalent vehicle ingame that will get spikes in the future (which might I remind you are not good ingame rn), you have the PUMA and others have the Lynx end of story
i remember the french coping so hard that the germans were getting the SK105 that gaijin copy pasted it into their techtree…
i bet that they wont give the KF41 to the german techtree cuz germany

the PUMA is a working IFV just needs to have bugs fixed, the gap only exists due to bugs so not really a gap that should be filled, gaijin should put in the effort and fix the PUMA so there is no gap

and they are not working on it, and we tried hard to make them work on it

well you still have the PUMA and it is still a very good vehicle, and as I said the gap only exists due to BUGS not a lack of vehicle so the “gap” is not a gap rather a bug

or - saying Lynx isn’t “actually” German despite its obvious roots

well the Lynx was a private venture and not a national one so yeah, the company and workers may be german but since german tax did not pay for it, I would not call it a german vehicle in this specific context
honnestly. since Puma is having to many issues.
might i suggest replacing it with the KF-41 till gaijin has fixed it. then they can reintroduce the puma later.

Aren’t there enough useless tanks yet in the game ? This is a crew supporter! Not a tank killer. why did Germany need a T-72? Why did I need Marder for a crew supporter ! His job is not to fight against a tank. If you are choked like this, this game will be over!
