Aside from the five flavours of Germany itself (Imperial, Weimar, Evil, Communist, and Normal), the German TT has Argentina, Swizerland, and Austria as active or potential subtrees, for which there could be little argument against.
No, you can’t have Commonwealth Nations as subtrees just because you sold them equipment, and no, you can’t have Poland.

3 nations technically they only have Finland, Norway and Sweden.
By that Logic the UK shouldn’t have gotten more subtrees as they have Canada as a confirmed psuedo sub nation, ZA, IND, and AU

Denmark has no confirmation as to being exclusive to Sweden, if you can find a quote where he explicitly states they won’t go to someone else be my guest, additionally Norway is a shared sub nation with the US.
Argitinia isn’t a sub tree at all. Denmark maybe isn’t officially but it’s pretty clear where it going if ever fully added

Germany just got another Argentinian vehicle the Pucara so that also doesn’t help your argument
You can use the F-35 or the CV90 as a example either as they were all originally swedish to begin with, less so the J35F1/2 but you get the point.

In private DMs I’ve asked since then and the standing is still no, it’s not a subtree of Sweden.
As for helicopters the only people asking for both Germany and Sweden are mainly people who aren’t active in discussions about the trees and genuinely give the main nation a bad look. (Minus Germany with Artan since he still does terrible takes for Germany with no history looked at. Aside from him Germany is pretty clean for only really new players asking for stuff.)
