I do like playing air yk, used to like going around in the mig 29 throwing r27s and r73s, but now its almost impossible, the only way i can get kills is by draining my entire fuel and coming near their base and camping them there, I get like 2-3 kills like that usually, its a bit dirty, but I have no other option here.

Just ignore people like them, they are the american mains that wants to “balance the game” and add f22 type of people, just ignore them and move on.

From the time the Mig-23MLA was added to when the Gripen was added so about 18 months. Germany was far more meta than either Sweden or Britain.
R-27ERs dominated for.most of 2023 which the USSR had 2.aircraft with for 9 months
exactly this. of course some people who play and grinded the hell of germany and dont have another option since takes ages to grind a new nation will get upset of getting late to the party again and again.
- before the update everything was fine, could do things, battles were funnier for my taste, got kills, etc. but right now im having shit experience since update, im using my Mig29G to grind 2 jets before F4F ICE and dealing with AIM120s is shi, idk what gameplay style should i take, i tried everything
*Fly low behind mountains? they track you anyways because they are in the space tracking you
*Fly high? 5 fox3s from into your face, “but notch!!! but crank!!!” doesnt even work most of the times, the only option i have is go cold, only to eat another fox3 the moment i try to turn to fight because im reaching the border map.
*Hit em with R27ER!!! i would, but for some reason my radar keeps losing track(and these f15s have a lot of chaff), i get most kills with radar missiles using HMD but thats means i need to get closer and boom fox3s on the face head-on
The only strategy thats been working fine sometimes is flank the whole map and get behind em, but this doesnt always work since F16s and F15s on space will fiind me anyways.
the gameplay experience with already existing jets getting Fox3s is very poor, meanwhile other just grinded for a mod and started abusing other nations, some people like me for example have to grind a whole vehicle and go trough all that frustrating gameplay.
then i said “well lets spade other vehicle” picked german mig21bis and boom full uptiers.
same, top experience rn is poor

even the f15c baz got thrown into the hot pile of garbage … old radar (apg63psp)w/ no radar salving to hmd no tws in 13.0 its a bad joke.

Gaijin implementing full vehicles to introduce fox 3 for some nations and just giving a 16000k mod for others was blatantly with an agenda for profit. Needing to fight fox-3 into the first hour of the patch while just having a IR missiles on a frame that is not spaded ( speed and weight), it’s just dumb. They just want to force everyone to GE mods before doing significant changes.

GER was never “meta”. If you ever played any GER plane, you’d know that.

Very little has a working HUD. Sea Harrier FA2 still has the Harrier Gr3 HUD like the FRS1 does
First off, this is GER thread, so I really got no idea what does the UK TT have to do with anything and second, go play Gripen. I’d like to have it in GER TT much more than ICE, but I don’t.

Just like how Britain and Sweden had to wait and entire year to get a new top tier jet last year. The most Germany will have to wait is 3 to 6 months.
And unlike both of our nations. The Gap is microscopic between the ICE and the 13.0s. We had a gaping Chasm between our “top tier” and everyone elses.
Tornado F3 or Viggen D vs Mig-29G was and still is a lot worse than ICE vs Su-27, Gripen or F-16. Heck you at least have equal performance IR and BVR missiles. We had niether.
Stop complaining and demanding for nations that have already been denied. Switzerland MAY come at some point with the F-18. It may not. Typhoon is at most 6 months away. At which point all 4 nations will do well (including France with Rafale) until then. Just live with what you’ve got.

Its just stupid to have this mindset of, “My nations has to wait xx amount of time so this nation must wait as well” how about no and let make all nations balance, F-4F ICE different to F-15 is huge, you only have 4 arh, worst fox 2, the worst airframe of the all the 4th gen and bad acceleration. If you called this microscopic then idk what huge to you is probably a biplane vs f-16.
We are complaining because gaijin arent being consistent with their nation addition.

The argument isn’t “we had to wait so you have to wait too” it’s “you don’t even have it that bad” the f4f Ice is fine. It’s not great but it’s not all that bad. The meta right now is just shooting arh missiles at shit and hoping for the best so its shortcomings aren’t all that relevant. Same reason that the harriers can be 12.3 despite being subsonic.
