and move the premium bo 105 down to 9.0. Probably the worst helicopter at 9.3
Agreed, the fact that the Tzefa B (Cobra) gets ITOWs, a turret, rocket pods, and EFS at a LOWER BR is laughable…
and bring it back for sale too lol
Honestly simply no, after what they pulled with the only Torpedo Fighter that Germany got and desperately needed no. Nothing in part of Germany that is desperately needed should be premium anymore.
Found a pic proving that the Eurocopters have the wiring and the weight capacity on the outter pylons to use other stores than just stinger ATAS, such as the full sized Hydra 70 rocket pods:
This should’ve been obvious to gaijin, seeing as the Stinger rack only takes up about 50% or less of the rail length on the outer pylons, but gaijin has been adamant in it not being possible, so this pic directly proves their position wrong.
Meant to post this sooner but was temp banned cuz a group of Vatniks took issue with me due to me pointing out gaijin was using primary sources regarding the MiG-29 thrust and the jet was not actually missing thrust, and those vatniks proceeded to mass report anything they didnt like that ive ever posted on the forums, and the mods saw no issues with that blatant abuse of power.
I have not made a bug report regarding this btw, seeing as ive completely given up on bug reports due to Gaijin flagrant bias and complete lack of actual standards and self respect regarding modelling in-game, but I figured if someone did want to waste their time trying to get gaijin to improve the UHT, this pic might help
thanks so much broski, ill try to put my word in for this change… alongside the 2 extra PARS that it can mount on the outer pylons, thisll give a lot more versatility to the UHT
Also found this pic of a Eurocopter with the LFK NG back in the day before the missile was cancelled. Seeing as gaijin is adamant stingers are bad missiles and refuse to fix them, this is about the only possible way the Eurocopter could ever defend itself against jets in-game.
I doubt theres enough info out there to model it tho, and despite gaijin adding the YaK-141 in a fantasy configuration, I doubt theyd even bother actually adding it in-game even if there was enough info…
Fantasy configurations are only available for Russian vehicles…damn them.
In terms of modelling it´d probably already suffice by giving it the lock ability of the PARS so it can also lock on to ground targets as it was possible, warhead of the VIKHR, flareresistance of the TY-90 (as it was a variant of the IRIS-T) and the flight performance of a Aim-9M or R-73. Basically just copypaste of other missiles already ingame.
@Karmafelds Also for US vehicles fantasy configurations are a bit too common.
No, ew, if there isnt adequate info to model it realistically, they shouldnt model it, but if there is actual decent info out there, then it should be looked at to fix the UHT’s flagrant self defense issues do to mismodelling of the ATAS.
I imagine there are… But right now I can only think of the hstv-l which is still gimped…
Ah yes spookston’s #1 cause of misery
Sherman stabs should be effective until 15kph not 25/30kph for example, M-23 only belt, LAV-AD with 8 stingers and Hydra pod, several aux .50s still aiming up 90°.
@MythicPi In regards to its self-defense capabilities there is the RMK 30 for example if GJ doesnt want to give it the LFK NG. As I´ve posted in regards to the threads of the old forum, GJ gives Germany only the worst possible configuration for a vehicle or completely bugged into uselessness. Currently France and Italy have UHT Equivalents with more range, better self defence at the same BR. Thus the UHT is statwise and in its capabilities due to the constant nerfs of the PARS less capable than the 10.3 Lynx or any 10.3 Helo. I mean I get your point but the reality in WT by now is far from anything realistically, especially in terms of Balance decisions that ironically favour US and RU while hampering Germany.
From Flight International, 2000.
Stefan Eckert is the COO (atleast thats how I would translate it) of Diehl BGT.
Most interesting IMO is that it uses a dual pulse motor, which are distinct from dual thrust motors.
Reading up on the Pars3 in terms of its self-destruction, lack of homing and ability to switch on the tracker I found out that there are several repots about the issue from a year ago or younger and several of them got slapped with “Not a bug” so in short in all regards of the game GJ is sending a message that means dont play Germany in any circumstance but rather use Bias US or Bias Russia as they simply cannot be bothered to fix Germany.
I report I made on this was acknowledged six months ago:
https://community.gaijin.net/issues/p/warthunder/i/C6zZ0MJH96f4
Community Bug Reporting System and it was deemed “not a bug” on a report that has the same issue at its root and also acknowledged. Not to disregard your effort but I´d say we both know GJ well enough that the words arent worth the paper or pixels their written on in GJ´s terms.
Different issues, the one you linked is with regards to getting the initial lock while my report is to do with the failure of the missile to maintain its lock after firing and therefore causing it to self-destruct. They both need to be fixed though.
If you look at the original post there are still 11 outstanding issues that have yet to be fixed on the Tiger UHT, some that have been reported over a year ago.
the stingers on the EC-665 Tiger UHT not working ? had now 3 in a row flying right through? a mig29 smt while he was laughing his ass of lmao
