btw one of you guys watched the german military docu on helis?, i dont know what they smoked , but so many old or wrong information, they even said germany joined france and spain on the development of the next tiger https://youtu.be/uh8UROzy9GM?t=3291

I must say, there is some nice footage even if some of the info is wrong.
That is certainly true as well, seeing the immer workings how they get constructed, is fascinating
From the color seems like for training purpose. But this heli can carry up to 8 Spike missile.

btw @Godvana could you rename the UHT to the KHT:
- it sounds way cooler
- it is the official designation since the end of 2013
I know it’s generally called the “Kampfhubschrauber Tiger” which in theory could be shortened to KHT, but do you have any primary source (from Bundeswehr, Airbus, Bundesministerium der Verteidigung, etc.) that refers to it as the KHT? If so, I can make a report for it. It would need to be proved to Gaijin that KHT is the actual name of the helicopter rather than just a description.
The problem I see is that “Kampfhubschrauber Tiger” is just a literal description of the helicopter; Tiger attack helicopter. I don’t see the shortened form used anywhere.

but i do see your point, ive tried to find official abbreviations for it but so far havent gotten the abbreviation on any gov website
I will add it to the list of reports and have a look around to see if I can find any reference to it being called the KHT.

Not German but a nice walk around of a Fr*nch Tiger :)
So, the actual official name is KH Tiger, which make sense as the T in UHT just stands for Tiger. By calling it Tiger UHT (or KHT) it’s actually being called ‘Tiger Support Helicopter Tiger’.

yeah fair point. but seeing gaijins naming convention… they might just go with KHT or maybe who knows… actually get this historically accurate

My hope for next major update German can get heli with mounted chin gun. Im fine if the heli come from other nation. Current UHT really disadvantage without mounted chin gun and only got cope stinger. Even UHT got 11.7 while this heli cant run and kill slow maneuverability Su25 who flying near this heli (since the stinger really cope and trash compared to TY-90)
