only SOME rank 7s get stock sabots. The 11.0 T80 gets both stock sabots AND a powerful HE shell. 11.3 abrams gets neither, all it gets is a really crappy HEATFS.
As far as I’m concerned, the Strv 122s get stock APFSDS, and the Leo 2s get powerful HE, but America is left in the dust.
