Could always add the F-2 testbed with the F-X radar, 3D RWR, IRST pod, and AAM-4 TDR to up the missile game. That could technically work I think, aside from making a speculative Thai JAS39E, since they haven’t received them yet.
RF-4EJ / EJ Kai’s as interesting 11.0 / 12.3 filler or 10.3 - 10.7 filler depending if they get radar guided missiles or not.
F-15DJ and the F-15DJ(M) as Gen IV aircraft
with the addition of those the F-15J(M) can get more modern missiles or the DJ(M) could be the one with modern missiles.
I would imagine the T-84 with the top tier chinese shell would be a rather decent 11.7/12.0.
Japan has plenty of stuff to get, just not vehicles. There’s tons of sensor systems, weapons, and buffs that could be given to japan to give them a 14.0. All it would take would be one of the many possible AAM-4 buffs honetly.

ADTW/Experimental variants of existing Service vehicles (F-15J ADTW, F-15J(M) ADTW, etc.), all the Thai variants of the F-16 (currently the F-16A OCU is an ahistorical combination of all of them), F-2/XF-2 variants, JAS39E. In the future, the F-15JSI or another ASEAN country as a subtree.
Man the grind to the F-2A is killing me
Indo Rafale B could also be an option, but too early to talk about it - will be making a suggestion soon anyway.

I’d love it if it isn’t straight copy and paste. I wouldn’t hate it if it was, as its just an easier Rafale in my case ^^

A-7 and AV-8 was painful expierence for me.
It (DTC-10) should be compatible, and Thailand has those. So…
I mean if they use it for one tank why bot both right?
We only have Rafale C F.3R in-game (i.e. a one-seater), Indo Rafale B would be two-seat F.4.
The first Indo Rafale B F.4 is already finished and Indo personal are already being trained at the moment;

for me i have Type 10, TKX, Type 87AW (SPAAG), Tansam Kai, F-15MJ, F-2A, AH-64DJP, Type 16, Type 25 RCV and Type 90B Fuji for my top tier lineup
the 16 is pretty solid at top tier imo

Not really until the F-35s, the F-15JSI doesn’t exist yet and the F-15 we have is already the latest model otherwise, just missing weapons. Maybe they can go for a late ADTW F-2 with F-X radar and some newer weapons or an F-15 with IRST, but that’s also a J(M) Type I without HMD, so it’d probably be a sidegrade to the IRST pod the existing one could get.
Thailand still has their latest F-16A eMLU and F-5TH, also the T-50TH but that’s not top tier. Past that the Gripen E doesn’t exist yet and can only ve expected around 2029.
Indonesia is really the best hope for their new Rafale.
