I really want to do a suggestion for the Ka-To, but I doubt Gaijin will ever implement it lol

Ha-Go td and spg is needed

I will refrain from posting about the 150 mm Type 5 AA gun as it is not suitable for this thread, but here is a diagram of the 100 mm Type 5 Ka-To SPATG. Please use this for your suggestion.

Gotta love how they closed the bug before you could provide this argument

Thank you!

If you are able, please DM on Discord the documents on the Type 5. It is something I’m interested in. I understand not posting it here haha

Still can’t get over how tiny that thing is.

Also what’s the gun on the Ka-To? Same as “Ho-Ri Prototype” in-game?

Yes. Based on the chassis of the Chi-To I believe.

I’d like to see it replace the M36 at 5.7; I had a lot of fun with the Na-To, so I could see the same playstyle benefits with its older brother.

Yeah, I already talked about this on the old forum somewere. I hope they fix this. Since Chi-Ri II is my favorite tank.

I think you should be able to suggest it, since all parts of the vehicle were constructed (just not put together). You just have to justify it as such.

Out of interest, are you aware of any documents that reference construction of the Ka-To similarly to production records and plans of the Ho-Ri prototypes?

The Ka-To was partially constructed. In August 1945, one Ka-To was in the process of being constructed at the Mitsubishi Tokyo factory when the war ended. The progress of the construction was over 50% complete.

Most appreciated

When dealing with photoless vehicles such as the Ka-To, Ho-Ri, O-I, etc., blueprints and models can be useful to exhibit what is being suggested, but only original documentation can assist in proving what was and wasn’t built where visual evidence isn’t available.

I’m glad this was partially built, thus it can be added someday.

The Type 94’s gun depression restrictions are a bit much. They might have been made rather hastily.
I think they could easily squeeze a few more degrees of depression over the sides and top.

I wrote a bug report reasoning that the rear ramp panels of the ICV (P) should be composite instead of RHA. Let me know what y’all think.
