I’ve seen many mentions of the Ka-Mi having more than 4 crew. It would seem that 4 was the minimum needed, but it was intended to have an extra 1-2 men to serve as mechanics or ammunition handlers.
Does anybody have any good Japanese sources on this?
Not knowing Japanese makes it nearly impossible for me to sifting through and translate larger pdf files to find little nuggets of info.

I’d like to be able to bug report it, possibly coinciding with a RoF buff. I made this chart comparing some 1.0 low caliber tank guns and the the various stats that would likely affect how fast they reload from a balance and logic perspectives. It’s actually sad how bad the Ka-Mi’s reload is when you compared to everything else (oc Italy and France still suffer too).

I noticed something on the photos of the ICV
Is the guy on the back part of the crew? I know is supposed to carry passengers, but why is he wearing a tanker helmet?

Radio operator probably

The crew number of ICV in documents is 3 so looks like it is just a gunner

There is a joke on the internet can answer your question: “If you don’t understand why some Japan military equipment works like that, that definely caused by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism”

And Type 97 Ki-To SPAAG

I’d love to see both, I wrote a suggestion for the latter. However, they would be rather lacklustre in all fairness

In your suggestion, you mentioned two different lengths of the Type 98, L/70 and L/100. Depending on which one is already in-game maybe the other one could be added for more variety?

I’m pretty sure the L/100 has better performance, so just add that one anyway. Not sure which one we have in-game

Well my point would be that, if the Type 98 and Ta-Se already use the L/100 in-game, then there is no need for another vehicle with the exact same weapon, and therefore we could add a downgraded version for the sake of progression.

this is MMPM you might be confusing it with type 96 wich is very similar

Some ideas for Type 93 upgrades, not sure if they’re still under consideration or not.

An SS-Ki I think, towing an artillery gun.

Rare photo of a Ho-I after capture by Americans.

In addition to the mineroller and T53 engine prototypes, there are two additional engineering versions of the M4A3 known as the Type 67 Bridgelayer and Type 70 ARV respectively. This makes for 4 modified Shermans in Japanese hands, athough I have yet to find one we could use in-game.
