Yes, she’s not in the dev server yet though, and cannot be spawned in the CDK yet.
Likely bluewater, even though it is the successor class to JDS Ayanami, due to her 3x5-inch guns.
Oddly enough, everything on the leak list has been seen in the dev server, except for JS Yubetsu.

I wonder if there was some miscommunication on part of the leakers and they somehow misidentified Murasame as Yubetsu?
I mean, I don’t know how the leakers get their info and I don’t expect to find out, but naval always seems to get less priority in leaks
Unlikely, as physical appearances, hull designations, and numbers are too different, and no similarly-named ships are seen in both classes.
I speculate that both ships (among others) are in concurrent development, and maybe Murasame was surprisingly further along development to be ready for this patch?
Less likely, but perhaps the devs wanted to include Yubetsu’s Harpoons, but due to IRL specs, are atm deprioritizing her addition for now? We’d be going from very lightweight AShMs like the Saetta’s to nearly 10x the warhead weight, with vastly increased range without decent countermeasures. (I expect Yubetsu will be added without her missiles)
Maybe both will come to the game, but only Murasame’s files have been added.

Every patch they add vehicles first in the dev server update (which dropped today, with just 1 added vehicle: ICV (wheeled IFV for Japan)) and then few more for the main release, that weren’t present on the dev server.

Unlike with Mitscher, you cannot bind the 3-inch guns to the 5-inch guns, even if you have the setting enabled:

It is common practice that if there are no other AA guns, the secondaries are unbound to primaries, similar example is premium geniere. Could you show its stat card and tree placement?
It’s true that Geniere’s primaries and secondaries are decoupled from each other, but USS Wilkinson does not follow this rule.
In Geniere 3inch guns are designated as AA guns, but in Murasame those guns are auxiliary guns so should be player controlled. I did make bug report that they should add player control for 3inch or make them AA guns like in Geniere.

I figured Murasasme/Akizuki 1959 class would be JPNs best gun based DDs before we head into the DDG era.
You would think 4.7/5.0 considering Mitscher/Wilkinson. I mean wont be complaining if it stays at 4.3.
They confirmed that it is bug, but didn’t say what way they are going to fix Murasame’s 3inch battery.
I really hope make them player controlled, because Japan really needs ship that can take on enemy destroyers and not just tickle them with HE shells.
