It’s like the Australia/Canada treatment where it’s bad enough that it exists in the first place and really shouldn’t be copied.
That being said, there’s a large Indonesia shaped hole in the air tree and the leaked “Thai line” of three vehicles leaves a lot of space for these nations to share.
It also doesn’t necessarily have to be a full sub tree could also be individual vehicles placed randomly like a future Indonesia Rafale since japan lacks a proper 14.0+

I really hope it’s a subtree, Indonesia has a lot more interesting vehicles than just that one Rafale and would be a prefect fit for the fourth line of the air tree (currently empty past rank IV).
Still, I think looking at other subtrees it might be a handful of vehicles added individually before it’s officially announced as subtree nation.

Yes that is more if what i meant i should of worded my comment better. But yes first well see individual vehicles then a subt tree after.
Either way if Indonesia does come to Japan this will expend their future late gen 4 and gen 5 ers alongside Thailand besides just F-35 and gripen E

For air Indonesia is basically what you’d expect from an Ace combat faction, but if you want some highlights across the top ranks I’d say the Hawk 209, T-50i, F-16C Block 52ID (upgraded Block 25) / Block 15 Falcon Star eMLU and the IF/KF-21 might be interesting.
There’s also some domestic Indonesian dumb bombs for use with both their Sukhois and F-16s, nothing game defining but interesting.

Looks like Indonesia might also get the f15ex so there’s really no point of grinding out the Japanese variants, I don’t think the Japanese ones will be better than the ex in any way

Depends they are instested but nothing concrete has formed up yet. Especially with all the other fighters they are gonna aquire or planning to like Rafale, KF-21, KAAN etc its maybe unlikely they will go for F-15EX.
