Gaijin usually takes a while to implement changes like this.
Usually, they will spend 1-2 years checking that, and then there is might be 50% chance NAB again

Here’s an interesting photo. A late-production Kawanishi H8K2 model 12 with modified side gunner stations (one of the two H8K3s and the H8K4 had similar modified side gunner stations).

Yep, I do have that, but still appreciate it. That means we can not only have one Raiden, which has 30 and 20mm guns, but also for the J2M4.

Can someone explain to me where Gaijin got the maximum speed for the Kawanishi H8K2 and H8K3? Gaijin’s stats are completely made up.

Japan purchased GBU-53 StormBreaker (SDB-II) for its F-35 fleet.
So if this bomb will come into the game (with 5th generation planes) Japan can get funny ton of IR bombs CAS.

Is it possible for P1Y1 to take 4*500kg bombs? I have read that someone posted a photo to prove it, but it was deleted
There isn’t proof for it as I know.
Only supposed thing is that P1Y had fuel tank pylons under wing (we know it) and maybe it could take bombs but proofs of this wasn’t found. Maybe you saw this or you saw just dumb copium.

About what plane it talks about
J2M, I suspect that just a plan or to have a test in the frontline, which proves that J2M actually could have 4* 30mm/2* 30mm or 2 * 30mm+2* 20mm, but unfortunately, I only got this photo.
Maybe @Grzegames could help us to find that, cause I don’t speak Japanese, finding the original doc is pretty hard, and also I do believe that may as a part of his suggestion: Mitsubishi J2M2 with 30mm Type 2 cannons
All of 30mm versions are from the 302 squadron, so actually we can just ask Gaijin add these options for the current J2M5

Yes! It is very and very needed.
There were theories that P1Y1 could take bombs under fuel tanks pylon under the wing but I’ve never seen mention of it in books or documents or photos
The full document is needed and if there will be talked about possibility to attach 4 bombs it will make P1Y1 great CAS!
