Some people are generally not interested in aircraft, so playing that for prolonged periods of time wouldn’t be fun for them.
As long Air has a dedicated mode, Ground should as well, there’s no reason why this couldn’t happen.

Why? Cause you cant accept the fact that many things happening in Warthunder area also happens in real battlefield?
Sure Warthunder lacks vital parts when it comes represent real battlefield but that doesnt mean its not too far away.

İf its not then Gaijin should take action about low and mid tier gameplay cause that is not a way to deserve fully loaded cas plane.
İ would like to see your actual performance against actual Sam systems and planes such as Pantsir and F-16C for example.
Also Mi-28A was such a busted helicopters back in the days when Gaijin decided to put into 9.7. İncluding myself, many players who owns Mi-28A actually abused that advantage alot, so its safe to say your Mi-28A stats doesnt mean shit actually :)
Gaijin and many people actually thinks otherwise, just because certain percentage of community doesnt like the idea of combined arms doesnt actually means its a bad idea.

For me it doesn’t work as there is no reason for uptier/downtier if a person who just caps zone can delete the best tank from the game without any issue.

You are telling us that you have very good stats above the average and then you complain that it is unbalanced! What you say doesnt make any sense again!

If I can’t defend against something via game desing, it means that that thing is unbalanced.
I think someone with 62k battles can surely work around unbalanced stuff.
Though, this doesn’t mean there isn’t a problem.

Starting with 10.3 it can and will be seein many Sam systems that can effectively engage with Mi-28A and considering the Russian counterpart that sits at 11.0 with Thermals, i say its pretty balanced compare to what it was used to be.
So it should also make some ‘fantasy’ in other places.
I say that at any B.R. really You can use reserve tank in order to get into plane by just capping a zone.
The non he-vt/rocket spaa is not as effective against air as with it. That is why on most B.Rs. planes can dominate without much of work.
If it was unbalanced against you then your stats would be below the average.

Even at WWII many spaas actually had access to He-Vt shells that can effectively engage with planes.

People want TO/option to play without CAS, because it is the most non invasive thing that Gaijin could do. All the times when gaijin tried to somehow ‘repair’ the balance, both sides (air and ground) was dissatisfied with the changes.

Still, only two BR brackets separate it from IR-based SPAAs that are basically worthless against it.
Although MI-28A isn’t the only offender, stuff like G-LYNX sit at even lower BR which is totally unfair to every 9.3 - 10.0 SPAA.

Not gonna lie, grinding a Heli tree was never been easier in my life. G-LYNX is certainly abusing its own Br.
Not to mention getting access to British Apache which is one of the best heli you can find is so easy thx to small tech tree and G-LYNX, i should finish the tree as fast as i can.
