What seems to have fixed my micro stutters was …restarting the PC.
I am running eveyrthing maxxed out, and if i have my PC on for an hour or so and i start playingWT, it starts micro stuttering in an annoying way.
Restart the pc, start WT and it works perfectly.
Try it, it might work
6 days later - clearing nvidia cache - does not work anymore, game started stuttering again…
multimillionare pay to play game which stutters…
Try everything that you did before, not just what you thought worked…
Maybe there’s something else that’s linked, but not directly.
cant play warthunder now tried everything none work still stuterring like hell this is the first time i experience this, the last update make the game lag more :(

hello I also have this problem too before the update I had no problem but after the update it was normal for 1 day but today it is unplayable my fps are stable in bechrmarks and with V-sync no other game have suttering and fps drops except war thunder and only in AIR RB no other mode again gajin messed something up or nvidia
okay somehow that last game wasnt stuttering all i did is downloading older version of nvidia driver 552.44 seems like the drivers fault
same issue here but only in ground rb not in air

i try it on my GTX1650 4gb and didnt help :/

I’m having constant hitches or lag freezing during the game since the most recent update. It’s like a very short freeze and it stops both input and output - my screen freeze for a split second and if I’m doing something like dropping bombs, it doesn’t register my keystrokes. I seem to notice it more when playing in Air RB. I am consistently getting well over 100 FPS in Movie quality. Turned the graphics down to medium and still have the same issue despite 200+ FPS. I don’t see any ping spikes or packet loss when this happens. Never had a problem prior to the last update. RTX 3060, AMD Ryzen 7 5800H, 32GB RAM, NVMe SSD.
Happens to me occasionally but it did that before with the last update.
this issue is totally ridiculous. this has been happening to me for months. nothing solves the issue and now its getting worse and making air battles unplayable. ive tried every fix in this thread and nothing works. shader folders, graphics options, reinstalls, nothing fixes this dogshit. these developers have the gal to delete bug reports as well. absolutely unbelievable. gayjin make more than enough money to fix this. stop wasting our time and money and fix your broken ass game.
Same thing is happening to me ever since the recent update. Every 1.5 seconds, game freezes/lags.
So far I have tried these:
It feels like the gpu is trying to render something massive every 1.5 seconds and causing the lag.
performance taking a crap happens every update nowadays. Then it gets ‘fixed’ a week or so into the update.
Yeah and the “fix” works for about 2 weeks then it comes back worse than ever
So today after a small update i have Sreentearing added to the stuttering on both of my systems
It is frustrating at this point because I have tried suggestions that are posted here no long term results

I have RTX 4080 i5 13600 32GB RAM, WT on SSD, no overheating pc parts and WT is the only game that stutters for me
Has anyone tried downloading the standard version? Is it just high quality causing this? I’m having the same issues. I do the benchmark I get movie/max, good GPU test, but so far from deleting the cache shaders to redownloading, playing with NVIDIA settings etc I can’t find anything that holds longer than a game or two.
