Let’s appreciate the amount of works they’ve put into this game
Maybe it’s always there but I hadn’t paid too much attention, but you can see here the game also renders the “hot” spots for thermal vision, first pic shows the vehicles idling/inactivity, second one is after they fired their main cannon and you can see the gradual glow on the barrel
