Here let me save you the time from posting since you are just going to repeat repeat repeat.
Oh like you have never " Farmed kills" You judge like God at somebody else while you have 18000 games under your belt as though you never abused every sniping spot and map advantage going in your time.
Like I said bro ,spare me the bullshit because that is what it is.Old veterans who abused every angle on the old game pulling up the rope ladder behind them to stop all the new players doing what they always did in the game.
Newbies have to play on a flat featureless map in a way the likes of you and me never did.I don’t think that’s fair.
I don’t even play ground anymore because of these stupid implementations. It’s a waste of time. They’ve taken out any intelligent gameplay designs. It’s just a fucking smash fest or stupidity.
Ground ≠ fun
Ground = worthless
I hear World of Tanks is dying on its arse for the same reasons.
WT ground is just WoT light these days. It actually used to be pretty epic and fun.
Fully agree.Real shame.
true, at br 10.3 big maps like fulda or european field are very rare, or other 4km maps…im mad. They dont want fix that
Bros tossing assumptions around after his overly safe playstyle gets changed. Maybe you should do what players in the rest of the game do and ADAPT.
TD and SPGs
Oh no no no
Its NATO vs T series tanks.
Every nation is relatively balanced and can do anything pre cold war. Everyone has their snipers, brawlers, etc.
Then after ww2 russia gets the only tanks that have armored UFP that can relibly stop rounds and is something you can play around with. But they have bad depression and reverse, so these tanks are your brawlers, and they are the only tanks that can do that. Meanwhile everyone else is stuck sniping because their UFP sucks and any russian tank can just cleave through it. So you need to take advantage of your reverse and depression to snipe and back into cover.
Gaijin doesn’t care about WW2, this is to buff T series tanks from a gameplay perspective.
Maybe just leave the maps alone and we all adapt ?
The legend said this
Because then EVERYBODY sits hull down behind hills and NOBODY can capture points or get any kills.
Slippery slope fallacy, over-generalization
Same with any map
Relearning maps is not an issue, but usually that process of “relearning” also leads to choosing a different vehicle to spawn in compared to before.
Typically what I’ve observed from my own gameplay is: oh, they changed this map and removed spots that made TDs viable, I guess I’ll spawn in something with high mobility instead.
The niche for turretless, long range TDs gets smaller with each update. The number of maps where I feel comfortable picking them as my first spawn keeps shrinking. I just know that if I do that, I’ll have a worse time than if I spawned in something that fits the meta better.
We can pretend that this isn’t a thing that’s happening, but I know what my own observations tell me, limited as they may be.
What about those players who are not on any forum and have never complained about a map ever. How do they manage? I see whiny americans moaning about chinese cheats but then I look and the Chinese are just getting on with it and taking the maps as they are. Its about the failure to cope and wanting the bar lowered.
I suspect the close quarters maps with convenient “lanes” is to make things faster paced, “competitive”, and more appealing to the comp gaming/esports crowd. Also makes for more flashy and intense clips on youtube. If im wrong and that isnt the intention, well it sure looks like it.
Wait OP be complaining about that spot?
The spot where people could easily pick off tanks leaving the nearer north spawn where the berm ends which featured a giant rock and hill letting your easily slide into cover?
One of the best changes done, woe is the person who can’t start spawncamping 30 seconds into a match.
Maybe you should and stop whining about the maps and just play them.
Crazy assumption. I do adapt to all the maps.
