Gaijin should give free g suits at stock grind experience, there’s no way I have to meet other enemies with the g suit when they have it.
Dogfighting is completely useless at this point.
Change my mind.
Also remove Expert/Ace crew and crew skills for G resistance and stamina.
It literally reduces your ability to turn at your corner speed even down at props depending on which crew slot is being used despite using the same plane.
No one wants to change your mind. The thing is, will you change gaijin’s?
I hope I can get their attention
welcome to war thunder
Your helplessness is another player’s easy kill.
Its all by design and a bit like a pyramid scheme (and just as scummy). Players who put in the time and/or money have an easier time/advantage over those who don’t. This increases “user experience” in the player demographic they favor the paying kind, and motivates those that don’t to do so.
Stock grind is just painful overall, stock fighters get barely enough to fight and stock attackers literally don’t get ground ordnance usually. They should give stock planes more stuff to make them actually playable. Especially when the grind of modifications is so expensive at higher tiers
tap the rudder mid turn and it resets stamina, its really valuable to do this
I think you mean elevator?
Pull negative G’s for a second to flood your pilot’s brain full of juice again before he naps. Have a bind for turning elevators down.
Personally, I use Caps Lock to pull up and Z to pull down.
no i mean literally just tap the rudder left or right and it resets it. you dont need to change your turn too much to get the benefits
What in the world are these keybinds, just use wasd
Arrange it into something that feels like a stick
That doesn’t work. What plane are you using with that? Rudder will only mess up your turn direction but won’t alleviate G’s or reset stamina unless by doing so you bleed energy and can’t turn as much by consequence.
My A and D are for rolling
My W and S are for throttling up and down
Q and E for rudder.
Then I use WASD + SHIFT modifier to control my radar up/down and left/right. Q/E + SHIFT to control radar elevation.
All of my radar/IRST modes/functions are accessible with 1234 and Shift+1234
Feels very natural to me, I can use about anything without having to take my hands off WASD zone and mouse. Only radiators and supercharger gear changes I have on my numpad where I have to take my hand off the mouse.
literally every single plane i fly, it holds the G force enough to regain stamina to continue the turn.
my crew slots for aircraft are maxed and i only fly planes on expert crew
Nope, doesn’t work for me. All it does for me is that I bleed speed faster because of the extra rudder pull to the side. Pilot still naps. I never saw someone do that either.
Instead of keeping like a 14G turn for a few seconds and napping, it just makes me shake the plane and do 13-14G 13-14G etc and then G-lock anyway (because when the rudder pulls the nose up you can’t turn as fast horizontally) But it doesn’t reset stamina, only makes my energy retention suffer a bit more which is expected.
What planes do you fly? as this works incredibly well on Hunters
It’s easier if you ask me which planes I didn’t fly. But I will test drive a hunter and let you know. Maybe there’s a bug.
Which variant are you using?
So I’ve just tried with 2 hunters in 2 different trees and found no issues. The rudder doesn’t do anything to reset the stamina, as it should. It just messes up your energy retention a bit for no other upside than to look like a flying fish
are you just tapping it a couple timeswhen you grey out? as it works perfect for me
Yes. I’ve tried anything. Alternating in between fast, or just tapping one…
Never heard of that either, are you sure you are pulling high constant G’s at high speed and resetting the stamina with your rudder? I assume you are just depleting your speed by flopping in the air lol.
Can you post a video? Maybe you have a bug idk
The only way to avoid the G-lock that I know of is to either alleviate the pull for a bit (or pulling negative G’s) to regain stamina or to abuse trim controls with full controls and brute force the G-lock (just be careful not to rip your wings)
give me a min and ill show how i do it
