Future Triple Vehicle Packs

With the most recent Dev Stream, we now know that Rank IV triple vehicle packs are on the table, and they’re no longer quite as “historically” themed, so I’d like to hear what people think may be possible future packs.

A few ideas off the top of my head are

France - Swift and Lethal Pack: The gist of the pack shown above, 7.0 France with AMX-13, EBR-1954, and pretty much any of France’s missing SPAA without radar would work here.

Germany - Last Stand Pack: A 6.3 Pack with the Tiger II (Nr1-50, Jagdpanther, and zerstorer or other for SPAA

Japan - Kaiju Defence: A 6.3 Pack with ST-A1/A2, Type 75, and J7W1 (an ode to Godzilla Minus 1)

As long as the vehicles are domestic designs found in the TT, I really think these premium packs are the best thing for the game, less fomo, fewer one death leavers, and they’re a great price.

I’ve done some math on what vehicles costs here, but in summary, a triple Rank IV pack with 3000 GE and 20 days of premium should be $60, which is pretty reasonable all said and done.

They’ll only add them to popular nations that bring in a lot of money, so the ones they already have packs on

It’s more of a chicken and the egg issue though

Minor nations don’t draw players because they don’t get unique interesting additions at the same rate as the major nations, and as the game has grown in player pop, it’s been a self reinforcing cycle

We know France is has the potential to be popular

It blows every other nation out of the water in rank V premium tank use per month, but since it doesn’t have interesting additions and line ups to pair with those premiums higher up, there’s lost profit

It’s confirmed as a major nation by Smin and is more played than other minors to a point it’s not a minor nation

100%, but that doesn’t change the fact that France is the only nation in game that has its premium match count decrease from rank V to VI and from VI to VII

To me that indicates a lack of interesting premiums AND a lack of interesting line ups for said premiums

In theory maybe, but from a ground premium playtime perspective China, Sweden, and Japan are more popular than Britain

Nah. It’ll be two Tiger IIs and a Kugelblitz and also be at 6.7.

Biggest problem there is that it’s quite the spread BR wise

I felt like the big weakness on the American pack was you had to uptier the Sherman to 6.0

Rank IV multi-vehicle packs are a perfect opportunity to free the Centurion Mk 2 from marketplace hell.

Alongside the corresponding vehicles in the tech tree, a 6.7, BAOR themed multi-pack consisting of a Centurion Mk 2, an early Centurion Mk 3 (no stab or sabot), and then an anti-air like the Sandringham 6 AD would be absolutely lovely.

That’s a really good suggestion

I had been thinking of a potential South African pack for Britain but the Bars were high and the SPAA was a problem, your suggestion is much better

It’s also interesting to consider what will come to America. There’s plenty of options to stack what’s already the best 6.7 lineup in the game.

The US does have quite a few options at that Br that could be put to use

Ironically BR 7.3 seems like a solid option for the US simply because 6.3-7.0 is so premium saturated and it looks like the US doesn’t have a single 7.3 premium

Could be M47 + T32 + M163, only problem is that its Rank V

Whatever they do I hope the pack better matches the vehicle BRs, I still think the US one should have been an M36 + 76mm Sherman + skink or premium plane

None of these vehicles ever had camo netting or armor or unique skins so there would be nothing historical to get a pack for

Finland is the only nation that could get something but given that’s prime opportunity for Gaijin to lock even more unique Finnish vehicles behind money I’m against it

Neither did the Skink, Ostwind II, or Avenger, that didn’t stop Gaijin though.

These packs can clearly take historical inspiration from multiple different vehicles and apply it to the vehicles that fit best into the mini lineup of the pack.

Literally nothing to look at for reference for Sweden, Finland is the only one who had an active force aside from the few Norwegians and Danish who joined the British battalions
