So i discovered that is cant turn on my afterburner while fuel dumping, there for i dont the cool fire effect, is that only with the F-111 or all aircraft, Su-30sm, Su-27sm, Su-27, Su-34 cant dump fuel with after burners, maybe its russian aircrafts.
depends on the aircrafts, you can’t use or go fast with planes like Rafale, Eurofighter, F15A~C, however i can burn the dumped fuel on the JAS39C Gripen but cannot go fast still
It feels useless, the fuel dumping feature. I am not sure if it can cause a flame-out if I dump it behind the enemies.
iirc some aircraft can, some others can’t. Take it with a grain of salt though.
A lot of aircraft cannot drop whilst on afterburner though there are a few that should be able to. Like the Tornado should be able to drop at any speed both with and without afterburner active.
You can ask your teammate for help you to get dump and burn for the Su-30 and other aircraft which can’t go full after burner when dumping fuel. I was laning my plane and decide to try fuel dumping as I am going back to base and repair myself. The friendly rafale who flew past my fuel and light the fuel up on fire.
