Low enough that you dont have to deal with heavy IR or SARH users, and radars are more limited performance. But they have SAS damping mode and decent mixed load payloads.
Get the hang of flying, navigating and hitting AI targets and the odd player before working up to harder stuff.
Harrier Gr1 was one of the main aircraft I learnt to fly sim in, was pretty good.
Others options could be something like the F-4C as it has a radar with IFF to help with target ID , same with the F-8E.
