I just play to play. And I specifically hate corner camping unless:

  1. I’m totally out classes
  2. It’s more than one enemy engaging me.

A barrage was not intended. Take some rest friend.

You too and thank you.

It shows that clearly there are things in the game that make no sense?

Like: why / how did that even pen?
Why is the fox is 7.7 when at stock is clearly was way too good?

Btw that’s a T-55 at what, and 82 degree angle? Vs my stock centurion mk1

You’ve yet to establish this. I am happy to engage with you on the topic, but pointing to something unrelated doesn’t help your case other than making me think you’re dishonest.

I quite literally got a nuke with it being stock… and no less, had a 1.0 kd, without any real planning…

Need I point to the competition you’re facing? They’re not particularly competent. Even basic competency with any stock light tank* will get you a nuke.

*With some exceptions like Marder

I’ve worked it out.

His goal is to keep spouting incendiary nonsense with no regard for objectivity so that we all waste time arguing with him instead of playing the Fox which clearly annoys him by its very existence.

(We are going to die because its AB)

Playing for fun is the purest form of the game imo, not caring about the grind nor what people think- just playing the game for enjoyment.

Yup ^

Who is to say the enemy team is
competent or not?

Also, why is it when playing the UK about half of my games are full downtiers? Meanwhile any other nation doesn’t seem to be that way?

I could die on the hill of saying the IS-6 should go back to 7.0, but it really shouldn’t. I think it was definitely deserving of 7.3, but a lot of those heavy tanks at 7.7 are totally annihilated by the full uptiers, due to them lacking things such as:

-speed
-reload
-turret traverse

Etc.

Confirmation bias (Arguably also survivorship)

Play them better. IS4M is plenty competent, assuming you are referring to Russia. T10’s too. French heavies are even good at the BR.

It’s simple really, you look and see how many of them are playing Germany.

(clarification for the terminally dense: this is a joke)

Thank you for saving me from the mass report and account being put on hold for the Nth time.

We have the same profile picture so don’t assume you won’t get caught in the crossfire if they’re too tunnel visioned to look at username.

I mean, they are German. So tunnel vision is to be expected.

(This too is a joke)

I’m doubling back for this post because it gives me the opportunity to illustrate a point.

In the screencap I say that the Fox is the most fun I’ve had since the A.C.I was still at 2.7. This is true but I didn’t explain that they are two different kinds of fun.

The A.C.I when it was at 2.7 was basically unstoppable. It’s armor scheme was an enigma to anyone that didn’t have it because you couldn’t do armor analysis on it. In fact the whole reason I grinded out the event to get the A.C.I was how frustrating I found it to fight against when I was in an M22. I was literally driving circles around an immobilized A.C.I and found it nigh impenetrable. (for the record the weak spots on a an A.C.I are the little hatches on the turret cheeks that only have 66mm of armor. I covered mine with British helmet decorations to obscure them)

What made the A.C.I fun to play was the experience of being in a low tier Maus with less counter options. Moving it up to 3.0 added more viable counters as there were more tanks that could pen its armor.

The Fox is fun for a completely different reason, and it’s more comparable to playing the SARC 6lb (another favorite of mine). The high mobility allows its otherwise mediocre armament to shine by putting it in places the enemy does not expect it to be, opening themselves up for side shot ambushes in the process. Add to that the lack of armor and suddenly every encounter is all the more exciting.

You’re tooling around in a race car that any competent opponent can kill in 1 shot, vulnerable to artillery and machine guns, surviving only by cunning and speed.

Playing the Fox is like an old fashioned Fox Hunt except you are the Fox and you can hunt back.
