More likely it will be the Typhoon or Brimstones I reckon. Both will have rage posts for months

Lol yup. I can do the exact same thing in an M18, 234/1,2,3,4 hell even Bredas are often doing this crap lol. Even concept 3 can do it if you have some roads.

People that think the fox is fast should try the Ystervark. Slower on paper but way better ground handling/exit/entry angles and suspension travel, I can go to spawn in 30s in most maps. It has similar attainable top speed but maintains it much better.

And the Crusader II & III 🥴

Bosvark goes Brrrrrrrr at the corner

I guess the time comes when you have played this game so many times you just can’t take it seriously anymore. Infact you wonder why you ever did.

Never forget that at the end of the day its still a video game. If you take it so seriously that you’re not having fun you’ve lost the plot.

I for one am thrilled with the “Natural Fox” camo.

I dont think you have to take it seriously to not enjoy it any more

If you’re not enjoying it then stop playing. Take a break.

I enjoy when my 400 pen round gets eaten by a 8mm piece of sheet metal lol

No armor, best armor.

No I mean eaten, as in non-pens lol

Thats more of a universal problem than a Fox problem. And it makes up for getting 50cal’d when it does happen.

fortunately we came prepared

Well, I mean, you can try and argue the toss like they did with the Gripen…

“Those… were the days my friend, we though they’d never end…”

Don’t worry, our sanity has always been on the verge of vanishing with this game. Playing Naval and Britain apparently being a third rate naval power is a nice addition to fiction.

The problem with Naval is that the combat is closer to WWI era but the ships are mostly WWII era and the historically accurate fact of it is that the US Navy was just better in WWII. The British Navy in WWII was still largely in a WWI/Interwar mindset, and they didnt have the infrastructure and resources to be cutting edge while also fighting the War. The US did and thats why their stuff, especially the Destroyers, are just better.

As far as Big Gun ships they were largely obsolete during WWII, especially compared to WWI. Battleship vs Battleship combat didn’t happen as much once we collectively figured out it was better to just bomb/torpedo them with planes, subs, and smaller, faster, ships. Look at Germany and ships like Scharnhorst. From an engineering stand point its an amazing ship, but in practical WWII combat is got hounded down by superior numbers with more options for methods of attack.

In short, War Thunder Naval strives for accurate vehicles but then places them in a fantasy combat scenario and that combination leads to severe balance issues. Of course you could say that for the whole game but its particularly egregious in Naval.

.50 cal’d and the fox? Impossible, my buddy was in and M103 and I was in a T-10A, neither of us could pierce him with our .50 cal’s, he was only about 40-60 meters away…

Yeah… Naval is a good point, An alternative Britain where the King George V Class Battleship didn’t exist. A bit like neglecting to give the American Army the M4.

Never mind, Maybe Gaijin with make amends by filling the tech tree with some top quality South African clobber.
