Discourse, such a convenient Software - but not for the usual gamer.
First i just disliked the whole layout, ui and structure of it… But after reading what’s behind Discourse, I especially like the kind of “social credit and shadow ban” structure behind it…

I saw that the old forums URL changed to “old” an hour or so before it went down, and was checking everywhere for announcements about that but found none.
This was very sudden and I dont really understand why it was needed. The old forum was fine, well layed out, and worked well. I dont think it was worth fully starting again
they made it like this so we cant complain about it there
First the profile picture change, now this?
How is this better? I can barely use it.
Nobody asked for Enlisted’s forum layout.
10 years of work gone, same for reputation… If he ever comes back CaiD (suggester of 75 % of the vehicles) will have a heart attack

So are you guys going to respond to or address issues we posted before today? Because last week I posted about thermals being messed up after update, and made a bug report as well. Do we have to start over again with posts? Thermals are necessary at top tier. This is 2 updates in 3 months that have messed up thermals. They were “fixed”, and now broken again. Every vehicle is gray, just like the background. Can’t see anything
What’s the point of all of this? They’re going to ignore us and our opinions just like always…

No they also changed the SPAA missiles and screwed them up too lol. Good luck taking out your ADATS at top tier now against air OR ground, it’s useless. On purpose no doubt. This company I swear

Honestly this is far worse that losing the profile pic and signatures, the original site was simple to navigate, work with, and generally just use, this on the other hand is a confusing mess of how to use the site now and its one thing to be viewing the site from a PC or Laptop but I first saw the site just looking at my phone and it was much worse and was straight up not made to function with something like phone since I now have text running off the screen which is something the old forms never did, also not mention like many here it’s extremely annoying that none of the post from the old forums will be transferred over or saved, I wouldn’t call this updating the forums as it is just creating an entirely new website that only inherits the name and purpose if anything since I don’t even feel like it inherited any of the good parts. At least for me any suggestion post I had made before I saved on a google doc and if I didn’t I can just go drag them into one from the old forums but formatting them to the new one is a migraine at best since I have try and figure out stuff so they can even comply despite it being the exact same one that was on the old forums.
I honestly can’t imagine the reasoning behind any of this change since nobody complained about the existing forums and I highly doubt the changes will make the forums more appealing to anybody more so than before in any way that it actually makes a difference.
