Nope because those tanks are part of the Hungarian and Finnish subs they belong there.
So why should the VT-4 go to China, but the M1A2T also go to China?
The Chinese M1A2T Abrams is the greatest piece of hypocrisy this game has to offer. China gets a tank not produced by them, not used by them. The tank itself is run by a nation or group who’s flag we can’t even have as a nation display option in game.
BUT.
The moment another nation wants to have access to a tank that they operated, with a flag that can be used as a nation display option in game, the whole “Well X nation made it so Y nation can’t have it” becomes valid.
It’s RIDICULOUS!
