Not how subs work, Japan will get all Thai operated vehicles at some point including the VT-4 and such .
Sure, we don’t actually need the M1A2T, we want our vehicles to be treated equally
no his logic is the opposite, and if you don’t want VT-4 in Jp tree we don’t want M1A2T in Chn tree either. it’s unsportsmanlike and unfair

If you want your vehicles to be treated equally, then you need to let them be exported to other nations. China has 36 direct copy US vehicles in their tech tree. China also has a large number of soviet Direct Copy vehicles in their tech tree. If you would like China to be treated equally, then your vehicle would need to be exported.
However.
If you do not want your vehicle to be exported, that is fine. However, that would also mean you need to remove every single non-Chinese made and produced vehicle from your tech tree. No more M18s, T-34s, M4s, P-51s, MiG-15s, Mirage 2000s, etc. etc. etc. China would be forced to have vehicles only of their own making and production. How fun would that really be then? That gets rid of most, if not all, of your lower ranks, and a good portion of your upper ranks in the tech tree.
So which way do you want to go?
