Yes, I’m also puzzled. I think what Tencent produces isn’t necessarily worse than Gaijin’s, and it also has a relatively broad overseas market.

Tencent is maybe one of the two companies (the other is microsoft) who has the pockets deep enough to pull it off if they really wanted. i dont get how they havent

Our country is very good at recording history, and we are also very proud of our country.

Because the money it can make is too little (at least for large companies in China)

The only copy its that multicrew game from roblox. And the new GHPC.

Other companies seems to rather copy WoT than war thunder.

Im from a country that is very similar in richness of history and pride, however national pride fell off a cliff in the last 30 years.

pride in who you are is great, but arrogance holds us back.

Maybe it’s because they’re not interested, or the profit is very small. You come from a capitalist country, so you definitely understand that 'capitalists are profit-driven.'XD

You, my friend, fail to understand different nations have different viewpoints. I’m not going into how and what the Japanese did to China and most of Asia, but I can tell you it’s more about having a spine than national pride.

We’d be more than happy to see our nation’s vehicles represented in an appropriate manner, for example as exported Thai VT4 in a separate ASEAN TT or that Cougar MBT in the US TT.

To put it simply, anywhere but Japan

I might reply to you later; I’m interning at a law firm and it’s a bit busy.

Very questionable, and unless your nation’s TT is facing or has faced a similar TT I don’t believe you fully understand the situation.

I once saw a topic about the M1A2T back in September asking about what the yanks would think, they all said at that time it was okey, but then some dude came in and the post got taken down due to political stuff.

Right now it seems like the Americans aren’t as understanding as they said they were, I’m pretty sure it’s the same case with you.

as far as war thunder goes weve had one hell of a controversy with a domestic vehicle going into another tree. HMS Royal Sovereign.

British battleship went to the Soviet tree because they borrowed it for a few years in ww2. We have been denied getting our own ship in our own tree despite having the need for it far more than the USSR tree. My country takes very deep pride in the navy and this was quite insulting to say the least.

Especially with how the soviets treated us around the temporary ownership of a british vessel, only to neglect it so horribly it had to be scrapped as soon as we got her back. truly disgusting.

most people are fine with vehicles appearing in other trees when they are exported, provided there is an equivalent in their own tree and is fair to see. the Abrams is exactly that however with how the chinese community reacted to the rumour that the VT4 could go to japan because of the thai tree that goodwill was burnt.

I remember the poll that the most voted was “if japan gets vt4, china gets m1a2t”

Now if one of these requirements its denied, normal to get upset

its a fair trade.

good deal for both sides and it also shows a goodwilled neutrality for the health of the game

By looking this thread and if the screenshot the other guy showed me its real. That deal its already off the table

That was your right, our outcry with the VT4 was ours.

Not really, so far I’ve only seen anti Chinese hate in the threads about the M1A2T, just look at this dude in this thread dedicated to removing the M1A2T. It has nothing to do with “goodwill”

gaijin doesnt appear to have ever had plans to add it to thailand. it was nothing more than a rumour, wouldnt be surprised if it was to troll the chinese players either

We’re not superior, its just his reaction has proved that our efforts were not in vain.
