this can only happen when the demands are for equal respect amongst all trees. these guys arent asking for this
Actually instead of reminder, the alarm emoji’s real meaning in chinese is simply “China” because of its pronunciation rhymes with “China” in Chinese… no other special meaning really
Actually we should unite as one and against GJN together, not having arguments all around and fight each other, being divided is only a relief for Gaijin’s community management so they can keep ignoring our correction advice and keep nerfing all other nations’ vehicles and planes
China-Japan relations are very complicated, and I hope you can understand our reactions. To be honest, I hope players from different communities can unite against gaijin. As for the issues of history and politics, I think we can discuss them in another context. If my reply as a Chinese player makes you uncomfortable, please forgive me.
every country has complex relations.
Doesnt matter to a video game.
My country has hated france for the best part of 2000 years, we didnt revolt when our stuff appeared in their tree.
So, what actions should we take to make gaijin change? I’m curious about your opinion.
I dont think theres much we can do to change gaijins blindness.
A start would be the VT4 to thailand in the japan tree to show they dont have a double standard to china vs the rest of nations considering they got the taiwanese Abrams (that has SEP v3 parts before america gets a SEP v3 mind you)
as far as everything else goes, far better QC and clarity with bug reporters and a lot more of the community disclosures posts and frequent non cherry picked Q&A sessions.
the tech moderators like gunjob and tronexer arew a godsend for the players doing gaijins research work for them, we need more people like them so a lot more tech mods that have proven to be unbiased, not like theres been big issues with biased tech mods in the past (one still around)
Uhmm let me guess… south africa?
From the perspective of the community in China, the issue section has lost its purpose. (You might feel the same way in your community.) Would holding a ‘strike’ possibly change the current situation? This might be a very naive idea, please forgive me, I am just a college student doing an internship.
no but we did steal that country from the dutch XD
I guess it’s the UK, after all, ‘the year 2000’
this worked once a few years ago to change the SL economy but this was a BIG organised thing by the players.
We wont see something big enough to have such effect ever again, especially when its over a mild inconvenience issue that we have all lived with forever.
Steam review its all I can think that actually had an impact.
During the economy changes protests, not playing a whole day or complaining in the forum did not work at all, it was until the great amount of negative reviews in steam they finally woke up.
Also a new Gaijin competitor has entered to the market (GHPC) so they better fix their stuff.
it wasnt just steam reviews, there was all kinds of things going on. it was a crazy time, especially as i was a new player at the time. really wild stuff
dont think GHPC will really take a chunk from WT. maybe if WoT has an actual resurgence
As a new player who has only been playing this game for a year, I have heard of this feat and am very grateful to you all.
Its all that mattered, people were still wasting money in the game and still playing. With only that gaijin had enough to ignore forum and reddit discussions. Steam review had such impact that even deleting reviews was not enough, it was bad publicty for their game after all.
Yeah, good for you. We, however, are less forgiving and less forgetful. We will take care of and defend our nation’s machines as we see fit and we will react accordingly.
I understand the voices against us on the forum, but I believe it is crucial for each nation’s community to act in their best interest, not bend their knee to whoever’s unhappy. The Chinese community is doing that, and nothing more
it used to be impossible to progress due to repair costs. I do think gaijin went a little too extreme with the changes, SL is now worthless for the most part, its why we get SL gambling crates a few times a year. but its a far better place.
I think if Tencent were to make a competing product, it might be even more useful than negative reviews on Steam.XD
this isnt a thing to be proud of. thats just arrogance.
National pride and pig headedness are two seperate things, you and many others are failing to understand this.
