I think I can see the bulk of new additions coming September, with this update more focused on setting up the ground work for it and ARH. But yes. I do think we’ll see Rank 9 Including hopefully a load of new SPAA over the next few months

Yes, that’s why I mentioned the alpha should not have the same BR as M247, M247 is too powerful for these CAS

Not really. M247 has a 4km range [mostly against flying straight targets], which sure is within the <3km range of Alpha Jet, but Alpha played well is still potent.

It’s punishment for the crimes you’ve committed in it :)

Gaijin reminds me of the elves or witches. They promise to fulfill player’s wish, and try their best to quibble and distort the wish in various ways, making players pay a heavy price while realizing the wish. I was hoping that aircraft would have seperate battle ratings so that attackers like A-7 and SU-25T/SM3 could have a lower air BR and it would be easier to research modifying parts, but now subsonics like AMX and A-6E are going to fight against pantsir. And 9K35 will be unprecedentedly invincible.

No wish was distorted.
It was painfully obvious from BR changes over the years that jet aircraft were balanced primarily due to their AIR RB performance, NOT ground RB.
Su-25T is at least okay in air RB.
A-7s did go down for air RB.

One of the Corsairs should be BR 6.0 or 7.0 because they do fight against the MiG-15

indeed, 4km range is for helis, such as BO105 or mi24d. for jets, the best choice is shot in 2km, for alpha, unlike other spaa, it is pretty hard to notice if the enemy has M247, unless it just stand there without moving.

I don’t think you realize the Su-25’s camera for guided laser munitions has zero zoom and requires the nose of the aircraft to point at its target in a straight line until the missile hits. It is effectively useless compared to reg bombs or rockets (especially compared to the funni S-25). This means that gun spaa are very viable against the early Su-25.

Su25SM3 Has worse air battle performance than su25t since it has only 2 aam, no 9k127 and no ircm. Shouldn’t it go to 11.0 In air RB?
Meanwhile, I cannot understand why Mig21,mig23,f16,f4 are going down in ground RB. It’s so ridiculous.

Would be cool if we gets Korean War event againt but, nobody loves to face against MiGs in random battles when you play goddamn F4U…

Long overdue change, but better late than never I suppose.

Suppose gaijin failed to realize the difference between spaa and aa missile carriers, and is too over confident about the survivability of cold war cas jets. SAM and SPAA are not only differentiatet by its range, what matters the most is that SAM is way more capable to deal with multiple targets at the same time cuz missiles can automatically seek targets. Suppose it’s not so fair for missile AAs having the lowest respawn ponits while still being able to suppress air targets with low costs.
On the other hand, it’s common sense that cas is literally the last resort for those who got uptiered to kill the downtier and win the game. If this br change continues, we might be able to see a1h getting uptiered to 7.7 just because it is capable of carring more bomb and getting annihilated by radar AA soon

Do we players still want to purchase your paid vehicle in the future? Did A6E climb from 10.3 to 10.7? Don’t players, as consumers, have basic protection? How can A6E counter 11.7 anti-aircraft vehicles?

what player want:let attacker get downtier in air RB
what gaijin do:let attacker get uptier in ground RB
how genius you are gaijin team.
the player just want attacker with bad air to air capability to get a better battle in AIR RB。its Good for gamelife bcsplayers get a better game experience。
what gaijin do is uptown those attatcker ,let them to face advance AA missile carried by uptier aircraft which airframe performance comprehensively surpass those attacker and advance SPAA with long range high overload missiles and advance optical FCS which can lock over 10km。Not only CAS player game experience in air battle RB doesnt get improved but also CAS player in ground RB get worsening。imaging that you get 1000 respwan points with innumerable trials and hardships to fly a10,after 20s you left air respwan ,slowly fly to battle filed,a 95ya6 shot you down,
what’s your mood like。
what gaijin really should do is downtier attacker with bad air to air capability in air RB。

agree,if this kind br change continues,we can foresee some aircraft will never appear in game。they cant play a role in ground RB bcs advance SPAA and advance aircraft。player dont get good game experience in air RB bcs they dont have basic air to air capability or have bad air to air capability(like 23mm gun with 60round ammo)。due to player data,gaijin continue let them stay at unsuitable RB,less player play them,over and over again,a Möbius loop。at the end ,them become a obstacle in TT。

Aj37 to 10.0 in Ground and Ajs to 10.3 in Ground. Ja37c to 10.0/10.3.

These planes have good flight performance put limited strike loadouts.

F104S and ASA move to 10.3 in Ground.
