Following the Roadmap: Separate Battle Ratings for Different Modes + More Information

The issue is, its now unusable. We have no 10.7 tanks. So its either uptier our entire ground line up to 10.7 (which probably means 11.7) or just run Sea harrier FRS1e. Same with the Jag Gr1A.

Unless they are moving all vehicles around, inlcuding moving our 10.3 line up to 10.7. They have essentially given the Buc S2B an 11.3 BR. It is not equal to the Tornado Gr1

I mean… yeah.
It happens with plenty of CAS.
Ayit’s going to 10.0 where it belongs as it’s literally an Su-25 without all-aspect missiles.
Israel doesn’t have a 10.0 lineup, nor a 9.X light tank to main the Ayit.
So yeah, OP CAS being moved up to 10.0 with its compatriots that can’t be used cause Israel’s 10.0s [Sabra, etc] aren’t in-game yet.

Also 11.7 is far too common to see consistent down-tiers due to 12.0 and higher being BRs people play as well.
It’s why I’ve been playing exactly 11.3 for my HSTVL spading, mostly downtiers.

same for china

None of the BR changes make sense, unless they are planning a top tier decompress. Without that, might as well not have bothered with 90% of these changes. Like moving the FGR2/FG1 down to 10.7. Will never get used for CAP at 10.3 and makes no difference for 11.3.

But if the entirety of our 10.3 line up moved to 10.7 and then the Chally 2s all moved about too. with many 11.7s going to 12 or 12.3. Then it makes sense. I just feel like we’ve 1/2 or maybe even 1/3 of the picture

The BR changes are related to where SPAA is placed, you can’t think in tank lineup BRs, you have to think where the SPAA is and their capabilities.

FGR2 with <3km range dumb bombs… where’s its BR? Rolands, photo-contrast seekers, etc.

So Challenger Mk3 vs Leopard 2A7V, just so that I can have a Phantom FGR2 in my line up?

Yeah, because ANYONE is going to do that.

Pantsir vs Buc S2B? Yeah that is really fair

Uh oh! Here comes Morvran!

That’s going to be at most a 1 in 10 match. Go ahead and play a tech tree with a 10.7 lineup. They don’t really exist, but you’ll never see 11.7 games. I know cause I’m playing 10.7 with USSR.

Now move all the SPAA in the game down as well as the advantage should be for SPAA and not for CAS.

They were already moved down a year ago.
CAS hasn’t been OP at 10.0 at all in the last year.

I see 11.3s in 80% of my 10.3 line-up. Im almost certain i’d see 11.7 at least 50% of the time.

Sea Harrier FRS1e as our 10.3 CAS. Not gunna be fun. But apparently the Strela’s are equal to 5x unguided bombs dropped from a subsonic

On its own it is reall hard to evaluate these changes. When will the lower aircraft be modified? If these do not change this is just causing more compression, the MiG-19S at 9.3 can now meet Tornados or some MiG 23 models in ground battles, which is complete nonsense as a matchup as it does have neither flares nor ground ordonance.

Cause 11.3 is played rarely, thus sees downtiers more often.

They haven’t moved down any significant amount, the Type 81 went from 10.0 to 11.7 in a matter of months, Type 93 got nerfed, all missile SPAA got nerfed, VEAK lost proxy and CAS only got stronger.

ill say it again all they have done is compress all the CAS making half of them point less

Yep… was fun whilst it lasted. I suppose over BRing most CAS to the point of being unplayable is an alternative way to add a TO gamemode

Type 93 is 9.3 with photocontrast proxy fuse missiles.
VEAK isn’t what’s used at 10.0.
CAS hasn’t gotten stronger below 11.3 in years.

Wait does gaijin understand that we were mainly asking for a lot of strike aircraft to go down in BR for ARB?
So the british 10.3 lineup gets shafted for the GR.1A to go to…10.7? Why?

Yeah… This was the exact opposite of what we wanted or expected

It’s literally what everyone asked for and exactly what I expected.
I kept telling people that aircraft were balanced based on their air RB performance and few listened.
