I desperately want to play the JH7A in Air RB for its flight model but its 11.7 battle rating (because of its Ground RB loadout) makes it just impossible.
What chance do I have with 4 non-IRCCM missiles against the likes of an Su-27 or an F16c?

A10a going up to 10.7 is crazy lmao. Sure you get 6 AGM65D with ir lock range of 23km but you get no targeting pod so you realistically can only use it from 5km AT BEST. Not to mention that AGM65 can hardly get a kill because it only knock out tracks or gun breach most of the time. Su25k stay at 10.0 while perform very similar or some may say even better is a joke

Agree with everything, good changes. The only thing I question is Super Etendard. 4 GBUs, 2 magic 1, no termal and it’s somehow goes to 10.7. Where TRAM is, with it’s possible loadout of 1 9L, 7 GBUs and thermals. And TRAM at least can go to 11.0 US lineup. France has nothing between 9.7 and 11.7, and it won’t worth it to uptier AMX-40 to 10.7, as well as bring Super Etendard along with Leclerc, while Mirages 2k exist.

You guys REALLY thought that the F-16 ADF (no ordnance at all, only A2A missiles) and the regular F-16 with Mavericks should both be 11.7???

Half of these changes are just pushing strike planes down in BR when they are already very strong in downtiers with few counters. Bad Gaijin, bad.

I bought French premiums because I was excited to use the Etendard and Jaguar. Now I just won’t use them because isn’t worth upteiring my tank lineup and they will now get slapped by Pansirs anyway. I wouldn’t have bought AMX30 Super and premium planes if I knew this would happen…

Super Etendard is fine at 10.3 at most.
Bucc S2B it’s not quite.
Saab-105G and Su-25s are balanced.

10.0 Su-25s were moved up a while ago due to air RB performance.
They have equivalents at their BR in 7 tech trees.
And they stated lower BR stuff will be added later.
There are over 20 counters to 10.3 CAS at and below 10.0.
Not sure how making SPAA good is bad…
