And I’ll be using Lvkv 9040C against Su-25s in the future.
Nothing changes except the 9040C is better at it.
10.0 has amazing SPAA that frags all but Q-5L.

That’s a makeshift first person view, it’s not actually a target pod.
Ground RB doesn’t have tank markers.

You’re not going to use F-104J in ground RB, so there’s no reason to give it a special BR.
It’s a fighter-only aircraft.
This system is for aircraft with obvious ground-attack options.

have you ever used a manpads? or any spaag in general, shooting to soon will just give your position…

missile SPAA maybe when firing headon, which the SU-25 is known to tank like hell, good luck hitting cannon SPAA on anything further than 2km, and it only really becomes really effective inside 1.5km

not buying that, the CCIP kicks in at a range of around 1.2km where its more than capable of melting SPAA and light vehicles which it is best for, 500m is extremely close to the target your just putting yourself at unnecasary risk of tanks main gunning or MGing you

Surely that then should’ve been made clear with these BR changes? Because now you’ve ended up with MiG-23s, which are very obviously not gonna be used in ground, and in my experience aren’t, at a ridiculously low BR? How does that argument hold up?

lmfao yes, the issue is if you “wait for the right time” like you said that can lead to su25k getting multiple kills and THATS assuming you even get the kill on the first launch which is never guaranteed against su25ks… stop trying to argue otherwise, proof is out there rendering that point of yours useless

your point relies on patience, not actual counter systems with effective threats and manpads atm are not that and anyone with a brain will come in here and tell you the same thing, su25ks will often eat multiple rendering your “wait for the right time” useless

it is though. look at the model, the nose, there is a pod.
how else do you think it would guide laser munitions without a laser? its also usable in third person.
you don’t need tank markers, just a spot from the team on the ground or see a smoke trail/mussle flash of an AA.

Changes for AirRB:
Tornado IDS (IT), IDS ASSTA, Gr.1 11.3 ->11.0
And Reduce the BR of other Attack Aircraft that do not perform so good in AirRB by 0.3

Except the ones with all-aspect missiles:
AMX 10.3 → 11.0
Su-25 / K 10.0 → 11.0
Su-22 M3 (all variants) 10.7 → 11.0
A-10A (E) 10.3 → 11.0
A-10A (L) 10.7 → 11.0
A-6E 10.3 → 11.0
Sea Harrier FRS.1 (both) 10.7 → 11.0
Buccaneer S.2B 10.7 → 11.0

After that, increase the BR of the very fast supersonics around 9.0:

F-104a/c 9.3 → 10.0
Lightning 9.3 → 10.0
(just 2 examples)

then reverse the recent terrible BR-changes with the MiGs going down.

Also:
Wyvern S4 4.3 → 5.3

Changes for GroundRB:
Su-25 (all variants) increase by at least 0.3 BR
Su-25SM3 is good at 12.7

What people want is for attackers to go down in AirRB and stay the same in GoundRB and not the opposite.

Not at all, most of the list is fighters going down in br, so why should this plane not recieve the same treatment because “too much work and not enough people would use it”

I rarely see planes like the f4juk, yet that went down in br as well.

The qualification for a fighter to go down in br for ground battles is for it to have formidable ground attack capability as well now?

how far do you even think that most su 25 players start shooting? because that is around 2km or closer as almost all always use rockets, by that time you can get a pretty good shot against them with a manpad.

who the hell is on about shooting… ive already proven with the laser guided munitions you can engage up to 6 miles out and as @Necronomica also pointed out the same thing… you realise if su25k engages at these distances most manpads will “just be within range” and again thats assuming you get the kill in the 1st launch window. if not hes coming back at you and you are dead.

Your argument still doesnt hold a truth of evidence contrarty to how the games play out on a day to day basis.

Play the game then come back, almost anyone here who has faced Su25Ks in manpads will back me up here :D

I’m curious as to why the AJ37/AJS37 variants haven’t changed.

He’s mistaken with Delta-NG (with zoom of 1.25x) pod that most Su-17/22 series got external.
Su-25 got it internal.
But bring the whole rocket (13OF/25O/8KO) kit, you will not get the optic as default.

Su-25K/Vanila lack of FnF weapon, for Gaijin, they think that any type of FnF can easily kill AA vehicles and can counter it from a “decent range” (mostly AGM-65 with 8km 100% lock range) by “overpressure” so they class it as “vunerable” to AA and not to uptier it, unlike A-10 with AGM-65.

Some time a good A-4 with AGM-62E can counter 2S6 with high altitude and dumb that FnF to from directly above.

For me, this update is mostly base on the quality of Guidance/Optic and ignore the flight performance.

  • You got good pod with good zoom ? and/or thermal ?, you move up even you got only 2 to spare (Q-5L) and famously Su-25SM3 with has the highest BR.
  • You got bad armnamnet ?, you go down like F-16A series since AGM-65 being suck.
  • You got suck optic/guidance system for “guided ammunitions” and rely on rocket, you either stay (Su-25) or move down (Su-22M3).
  • You got FnF that kinda suck but your armnament can counter AA from decent range, you move up a little bit (A-10 with AGM-65)

Also, seem like Su-25 being premium, Rocket is good (with good player) and part of 10.3 bundle can also be the part of reasons why it stay.

Which makes no sense since surely those would be the aircraft that you want to stay up in Ground RB.

I’m so glad i stoppled playing this game… seeing these kind of updates really makes my blood boil…

Penalizing the abilities for awful vehicles in air RB but REWARDING the monsters that already are in Air RB into Ground RB.

Only reason i keep reading these is because notifications and ads

But that makes sense as thats just a pure CCIP loadout. which you can take if you want, but having at least 2 long range laser guided munitions is worth having for those sneaky enplacement positions or if someone does have a SAM up. but him claiming you cannot guided laser munitions over 3km is just pure bs

just becuase they technically can they wont be doing it as nearly impossible to even pick up targets and target them with an x1 magnification at 6 miles away, hell if they are using guided missiles they are an even easier target a they need to fly high and pretty much straight which is a even easier shot for a manpad.

So, A-10A and Su-25/Su-25K is still sitting at current air BR even they are one of reasons why 9.3BR supersonics can’t move up to higher BR?

I know their balancing is awful but, still wtf lmao
