Probably something in the contract with Gaijin that they can’t do anything to prevent Steam from collecting their cut from ingame microtransactions.
what’s the point of adding regular vehicles to the wish list? and do we get increased chance to get a discount on premiums added to the wishlist?

Probably cause there are players that buy some of the regular vehicles during a sale for saving SL. This way they will have all them on a single list that they can simply check instead of having to look on each tree for them.

Why there is the SL and GE wish list option if i cant do it? Would be nice if we can add GE vehicle and the friend could gift it using his own GE or if you have friend with 100m of SL that he could buy you SL vehicles you add to wishlist.

I think the wishlist is primarly for yourself, or else why would they add the option to hide it from your friends?
That would be great but I really doubt they would do something like that(though I really wish they did). I would only add vehicle coupons to that, especially now that we have the SL lootboxes and may prefer to gift a coupon to a friend than use or sell it.

Because if you thought farming was bad now, you an’t seen nothing yet if MFers could harvest SL and GE from a legion of bot accounts!
Then ban bots, and let us legit player have fun.

could you explain how you tried doing it?
Friended myself (lol) and then stuck things into both the wishlist, but nothing was showing up in either side, because a “guest account” by definition isn’t bound to an email or Steam acct.

So that does not seem to have anything to do with the Wishlist and is a guest account thing in of itself.

but also, isn’t that kind of obvious as you have to accept the gift through the email before receiving it either way.
Unless they’ve changed it so that is all ingame as part of the wishlistiness mechanic now.

Tried that. Don’t think you can because even if you can get to them from the wiki, there is no way wish/buy from the preview screen.
