USA FGM-148 AGM-84 why aren’t they added
Let’s hear out the lies, Because now with KH-38 and spike missile it’s crazy there not added
FGM-148 (javelin) would be rather cool and I could see coming sooner rather than later. Would be similar (ish) to spike found on IFVs currently in game, but might be kinda storng.
AGM-84E SLAM would probably be okay.
Most javelin platforms are pretty easy to kill (Stryker, JLTV, Humvee maybe) so I think that would balance it out
Its less about survivability and more about offensive performance.
Javelin is a good missile, with good range etc. Depending on how its modeled, they could be insanely good. I get why Gaijin is being cautious.
(and bare in mind the Ajax is planned to be outfitted with them too, so this is coming from someone who would directly benefit from them being added too)
I just don’t see it being too good though, it isn’t exactly difficult to kill any of those vehicles, and they are not very small either. And unlike real life where there could be dozens of infantry with them (which is why they are so good irl), in WT it is limited to vehicles that can only fire 1 at a time with maybe 10-15 second reload.
Its whether or not they model the top down and how good they are at tracking a target.
I can see arguments for why they wouldnt be stronger than Spike we already have and why they might be stronger.
Either way. I can see them coming some time this year

I really hope they will be added this year and that the French Akerons will arrive at the same time.
if model correctly that thing with Javelin can kill even T-80BVM in the game even being on just humble Humvee (Jav did irl) but i feel like Spike Pars3 are left with ugly damage on purpose by Gaijin
