So you admit to your ignorance about angling, good. The turret? It cannot be penned in the downtier even by good guns of 4.7-5.0 standard as you showcased on images. It would get even funnier if you tried to see how 3.7 deals with slightly angled side of the hull. And in uptier? Well that is the uptier, get good and dont get shot, you cannot bounce shells all the time buddy.
Actually fair I could see moving the tigor to 6.0, it can do well there, but probly not woth those german mains. But thats off topic.

i literally put pictures earlier showing how it can be penned. i purposely put my bush on the turret side to dissuade people shooting there and it doesn’t work because people know how shit the armor is. if you don’t believe me go in game and see for yourself, if you dont have the tank you can check the armor in achievements–>dreamscometrue—>preview tog and enjoy. the turret, best case scenario has 90mm of armor and no amount of angling will save you from a one shot

It is not way better armored theyve both got 100mm of frontal armor, the togii has better side armor at 88mm over the 82/62mm of the tiger 1.
The tiger has better turret front armor at its lowest realistic thickness 140mm, but equivalent turret side armor at about 80-90mm.
It is way faster, buut its also unrealistic as the tiger had a 2500rpm limiter to try and not break the engine.
But realistically speed isnt everything, if it was the t95 and maus would be lower in br.
Yes it is smaller, does this mean the maus should go down in br because its too easy to spot?
Its got aphe yes, but the togii can pen anything it sees with over 200mm of pen. Not to mention its got great spalling for a solid shot round. And its got a 6.0 aced reload. Which is as fast as some 75mms. And a 27° per sec turret rotation speed making it easy to whip you turret around faster than even some spaas. And its slow speed like the maus, makes its gun essentially stabilized.

The TOG doesn’t belong at 5.0 or 4.7 though.
You want the togii to be the same br as the kv1 zis 5, t14, and the churchill mk7.

germany truly suffers, this is first time i have ever seen someone complain about how weak the tiger is in comparison to the real thing. (and even after the nerfs it still feels underbrd) and yes the tiger IS better armored if you angle, plus its turret is wayyyy better. go play the tog and see how it goes for you!
i’m a german main myself but other nations exist and you shouldn’t try to derail the facts of the situation because you had one or two bad games that were your own fault. the tog is probably the worst premium in the game if you don’t count some 1-2 br tanks, and it really shouldn’t be. i get its a ‘meme’ but so is the maus, and that is tiered fairly

And ive actually quite enjoyed it. Because i play the maus and im getting close to a 3.0 k/d with it. I love slow massive tanks.

Disingenuously, by using spots tbat are either glitch spots or spots that are 2 inches wide. Meaning in an actual battle theyd never work. And we all know the penetration veiwer is borked. Like it shows the maus’ APCBCHEDS going through the t54s UFP, but does it? No it doesnt not even at the same angle at 100m away.

Secondly. I found thse spots not in the armour viewer but inside games. Because people killed me that way. I do not even have many games in the TOG II yet people know these spots.
Thirdly. Every spot on the TOG II is bigger than the turret cheek weakpoint on the KV 1. The only place where your precious example of the US 75 can actually pen a KV 1 frontally. And only if not angled.
Making your entire “armour” argument invalid by default, as a 3.7 Tank has better armour when comparted to the TOG II.

1st screenshot: you took is from an angle slightly above the togii. Obviously if you are looking slightly down on a tanks roof armor itll be weaker.
Not to mention as i very clearly stated you use parts that are either glitch spots or spots that are way to small to consistently hit.
This spot matches both those descriptions as not only does that same roof armor become worth 98mm right right next to where you pkaced your curser and become impenetrable there, but move it ever so slightly down and youve got over 1000mm of armor.
2nd screenshot: you are showing the m4a5 ram at 400m to try and prove it can pen the togii, yet you fail to mention that at just 100m more it has a 5% chance of actually penning, and thats perfectly flat on. Forget penning an angled togii with the m4a5 at that or any distance.
3rd screenshot: this once again falls into the (too small to reliably hit it battle) portion. Yes when you are sitting stock still in the hangar any weakspot becomes easy to show and hit. You prove literally nothing by using protection analysis.

So you did not even bother checking for your self. Which would show you that this shot 1. Takes into account the Shermans height and range to target and secondly. Can also be perrformed from a lower position.

500m is 300m beyond the normal combat range of the M4A5… The thing has the second weakest gun at 3.7 HENCE WHY I CHOOSE IT.

No. As stated… the spot is bigger than the KV 1 turret cheek. WHich is the only place a KV 1 can be reliabaly penned by the US 75mm at 3.7. So how can a spot three times the size of the KV 1 cheek be “to smal” You make no sense.
